Maria's place is nice, spacious, with a lot history in a traditional house and well located close to a trail for Bird watching. She was very accommodating towards our checking time and a couple extra family members. She made the check in very easy. Mattresses and beds were very comfortable with a wonderful night sleep and weak up with the best view of the mountains and the best morning bird concert. We saw a few beautiful birds. I regret I did not bring my Binoculars. The kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you need to cook with. Also there are many restaurants in the area if you dont want to cook. Maria was a fantastic host, she have extra toiletries for every bathroom and give us a bottle of wine!.along with Drinking large bottle of water was given to our group of 14 for our entire stay. Fanny the helper was very helpful warming the jacuzzi and ready for us since the first day. This was one of our best AIRBNB experiences and if I could give Maria's place 10 stars but I can only give her five. I highly recommend Maria's place to my family and friends. excellent experience what my family lived in El Eden. Mr. Igor was very attentive and the manager was more than helpful. The property is very appropriate for children, my 5 year old daughter has a great time.

The large and cozy house, feels a quiet atmosphere with beautiful landscape and nature, the weather is perfect for resting. We spent it very pleasantly, having options for fun like the lake, billiards and walking in the area.

I had the pleasure of staying at this cute estate and it was a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, very well cared for by its butlers and offers an environment of tranquility ideal to disconnect. My friends and I were completely satisfied with the comfort, service, and facilities. The attention was excellent, and the estate has everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. One detail to mention is that one of my friends broke a glass glass, but we are waiting for them to notify us of the value to pay for the damage. Other than that, everything was perfect. We definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for rest and relaxation.

We spent with my family a weekend like at home, pleasant and welcoming experience it was very easy to contact Gilberto, the instructions he sent us allowed us to get to the place, where Freddy the butler met us immediately. From it place: identical as they see you in the quiet photos,surrounded by nature, nice views, very clean, tidy , a nice and tasteful decor, you feel like debuting home. Gilberto and the butler of the Freddy estate were very attentive during the stay in case we needed anything, they also provided us with information about the surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a water filter which prevented us from having to carry it. We were able to rest, disconnect from the city and share as a family. Congratulations, we will definitely be back.

Great apartment in the Zona Rosa of Cali, perfectly situated to enjoy Parque del Perro and all the great restaurants in the area. Super friendly host with clear communication and the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is the best and we would love to return to this apartment next time we visit Cali. María's apartamento was perfect! it was exactly what I was looking for, big apartment, modern and new, and best of all the balcony and it's view. The apartment had everything you needed... in the kitchen, especially the appliances. The decor and design was gorgeous and the TVs worked perfectly. I give the whole experience a 10 out of 10... the only thing we missed out on was the rooftop pool and that was because of the weather.... there's a nice gym and also laundry room in the lobby. I would definitely come back here and also recommend to my friends.

I really enjoyed staying at Ferney's apartment in Granada. It was spacious, peaceful, comfortable and in a perfect location. The photos are accurate and it felt even better in person (for example the dining chairs are actually upgraded armless versions with fabric seats). I enjoyed sleeping on the very comfortable king sized bed. The apartment was quiet too, and yet only one block from the lively Avenida 9. As a coffee lover, I enjoyed that there were many excellent cafes within walking distance serving specialty coffee (try La Marianela and L'Atelier). The apartment is on an upper floor, self-entrance with a key at the front door and apartment door. The A/C in the bedroom worked really well. I found the living room to be warm, but there was a fan to help. One improvement could be to enlarge the hot air escape for the A/C condenser to improve this, which is adjacent in the laundry room. Ferney was very responsive to messages. Overall a great place and I would stay here again.

We booked with Carla and from the moment we arrived until check-out, she was very attentive and communicative, which is incredibly important when traveling. The property is nice and feels very secure, although please note that it is a studio-sized space. We did encounter an issue with the washer that unfortunately ruined my wife's $60 shorts, which were brand new. Carla promptly contacted the building manager to address the situation. However, we did not receive any reimbursement or compensation for the damaged shorts, so I would advise caution when using the washing machine on the property. Overall, the place is very private and secure, making it a comfortable stay despite the minor inconveniences.
