The place is as described and seen, it is nice and very cozy, with different areas to be and share and a great terrace. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Astrid is very helpful and kind and is always willing to provide what is necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for relaxing and sharing.

Beautiful place to get away from the city. Sleeping lulled by the sound of the river is an unparalleled experience. From the first contact with the host, to the end of the communication with the manager, it was all too easy and comfortable. Exactly what it says online if not better. Really cozy place felt right at home, surrounded by a lot of restaurants walking distance everything is literally right there. My stay in this apartment was fantastic! After several visits to Cali, I can confidently say this is my best Airbnb experience yet. The location couldn't be better, and the security guards were incredibly courteous. The apartment truly felt like home with its large TV and, especially, the reliable hot water – a real bonus compared to other Cali Airbnbs. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. I also noticed and appreciated the cleaning staff's consistent work in the common areas. Feeling safe was a big plus, and being able to easily walk to my favorite Jardin Plaza for lunch was so convenient. I would absolutely choose this place again!

Mrs. Rocío daughter of Mrs. Maria was very attentive, they were always attentive to any concerns, the apt was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet, there is good commerce nearby. Great place to stay.

The place I booked was not available, however, Alex fixed very quickly and stayed in an apartment with more comfort and luxuries. I'm super grateful, because I felt right at home. Alex is an excellent host and I would definitely stay again in one of his apts. The only opportunity for improvement is for them to put a WIFI signal repeater in the main room as the connection is intermittent.
