Monthly Rentals in Current

We were looking for a quiet, private escape for a long weekend and this place is a slice of paradise. We swam and snorkeled right off the beach and were able to see all kinds of sea life! When we weren’t in the water we were relaxing in the sun and shade. The house was sparkling clean, and very comfortable. James was helpful and attentive, checking in often and making sure we had everything we needed. He even hooked us up with getting some fish from local fishermen our first night! This was our fourth time to this part of Eleuthera, and we will definitely be back to stay here.

We were blessed to go on this trip for my mom's 70th birthday and it did not disappoint! Jim & Mary were both incredibly helpful, communicative, and friendly and they have local support in the area to help you navigate your first day or so if needed. It is important to know that this location is not a tourist destination and you need to be ok driving, cooking, and enjoying their beautiful home and beach front property. The home is fully stocked with what you need to enjoy the water (paddleboards!) and to cook, sleep, and soak up the sunshine. The outdoor shower was a spa experience as you look out at the amazing lush yard. We highly recommend this unique, super-special stay in Eleuthera!

Our first trip to Eleuthera and I hope it isn’t our last! Thanks to Claudine and Wallace our trip was amazing! We rented their place, vehicle and transportation to and from the airport! So nice to have everything taken care of by the same people! No need to find services with multiple people or companies! They responded quickly to questions, had a great book of beaches in the Airbnb and even responded to questions about the area while we were there. I don’t usually right reviews but I really wanted to make sure people knew how great they are to book with for visiting Eleuthera! A great price, location and support which made our mini vacation top notch!!

We stayed at Slow & Easy for the weekend and wish we could've extended our trip. It was such a peaceful and relaxing experience and the cottage with the beautiful view was just perfect in every way. It was super quiet and secluded, and you definitely need to rent a car (we used Hello Car Rentals - we found that they had the best prices and they also left the car directly at the airport for us so there was no need to pay the extra fees for a taxi and car delivery. When we were leaving we just left the car at the airport so the process was super simple). We also did an excursion with James which was such an amazing experience - he is truly the best and we definitely recommend reaching out to him and getting a tour of Eleuthera from the water. He tailored the tour around what we wanted to see which was great. Overall, we would definitely recommend Slow & Easy and we can't wait to come back.
