Beachfront vacation rentals in Cupello

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Pescara entre amies, et ce logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très spacieux, impeccable au niveau de la propreté, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Cinzia, a été adorable du début à la fin : très sympathique, disponible, et toujours prête à donner de bons conseils, notamment sur les restaurants et les endroits à ne pas manquer. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés! Encore merci pour tout 🥰

Ottima assistenza da parte dell’host, amichevolezza e disponibilità. Alloggio del tutto conforme alla descrizione. Zona centrale e vicina a molti punti d’interesse. Non molto parcheggio, bisogna cercare un po’.

Soggiornato nell'appartamento di Simona durante la prima settimana di settembre. Famiglia composta da 2 adulti e 2 bambini di 7 e 10 anni. Simona host precisa, gentile e molto disponibile. Casa impeccabile in tutto, sia negli accessori della cucina tra cui bilancia, forbice ecc, che negli elettrodomestici forniti: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, forno a microonde, aspirapolvere folletto. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio parcheggio riservato e si trova direttamente sul mare/spiaggia libera attraversando il cancelletto dello stabile. La presenza della pista ciclabile/pedonale permette di muoversi liberamente e in sicurezza. Negozi, supermercati eurospin/conad, panettiere, farmacia, ristoranti tutti a portata di mano (500m, 700m). Casa e host consigliatissima! Soggiorno nel totale relax!

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

Lovely Barbara, Thank You so much for hosting us in your property. It was a really nice and peaceful stay, we appreciated your experience as a host and the Amenities you lefr for us! It was very useful to have some little things at home that you can't find on a plane, also because you don't want to spend money for a few days. You were very kind and helpful! The location of your house is magical, you feel like in a real Italy, with great cafes and beautiful houses. I give you an 11 out of 10 :) We will definitely come back for a beautiful BBQ next year. Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è impeccabile sia dal punto di vista del comfort che delle dotazioni - non mancava davvero nulla anzi, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato già acqua, caffè e te. Tutto è stato pensato con cura e si percepisce la passione che i proprietari ci hanno messo nel realizzare sia gli interni che gli esterni. Basso è stato un ospite super presente ma mai invadente, pronto a rispondere alle nostre richieste, disponibile e flessibile. La zona è super tranquilla, il mare è davvero a due passi mentre ristoranti e altro sono a 10 min di auto.

Das Airbnb ist super. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Termoli reisen, werden wir dieses Airbnb wieder mieten.

Esperienza molto positiva. Alessia estremamente gentile e risposte immediate! L'appartamento, come luogo e disposizione, perfetto per una famiglia ed una vacanza rilassante. Un plus la piscina per come è gestita e mantenuta. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare!

L'Host Alessandro è stato fin da subito disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste e a fornire informazioni utili al soggiorno. Ci ha fatto addirittura trovare una specialità dolciaria del posto (Bocconotti) come benvenuto. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato provvisto di tutti i confort. Alessandro ci ha inoltre omaggiato, addirittura, di una lattina di olio di sua produzione. In poche parole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Ottima esperienza !!!! Consigliatissimo !!!!!

Posizione ottima

Vacanza bellissima in pieno relax. Casa molto bella, spiaggia vicina con ombrellone privato. La signora Carla molto gentile, il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo ci ha donato i bocconotti abruzzesi, un dolce tipico buonissimo.

This is a rare find in Italy. Modern, immaculate, with an elevator, a clothes washer, a clothes dryer!!, a 3/4 size refrigerator instead of the dormitory size often found, an oven, a microwave, electric blinds in case you need to block out the light. A giant TV. The remotes were shrink wrapped in plastic. I actually asked where I could buy their sheets because they are fresh, white, and either 100% cotton or 100% linen/cotton blend. The air conditioning works great. Having stayed in many places in Italy over the years, I can testify that you won’t find a place like this combined with kind and friendly folks like this very often. Termoli has a lovely wide swath of accessible walkable beach, and in late September was not inundated with tourists. The main street has upscale stores, and the historic center is small but lovely. Views from the fortress over the Adriatic- priceless. I will be back. Enjoy!

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Wohnung in Pescara! Von Anfang an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt – die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, sondern auch absolut makellos sauber. Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in dieser Wohnung steckt. Schon der erste Kontakt mit Enrico – beim Schreiben und Buchen – hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat Enrico uns außerdem mit großartigen Tipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub noch besser gemacht haben – ob Restaurants, Strände oder kleine Geheimtipps in der Umgebung: Alles war einfach nur mega hilfreich! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Enrico – er ist wirklich ein absoluter Superhost! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns mit seiner herzlichen Art das Gefühl gegeben, rundum gut betreut zu sein. Durch ihn konnten

Apartamento cómodo y grande, a 2 cuadras de la playa. Buena estadía, recomendable

Abbiamo trovato un appartamento pulito, confortevole e attrezzato (soprattutto la cucina). Davanti ad un problema tecnico Guido, suo padre e Cristina si sono prodigati e hanno risolto in tempo brevissimo.

Mycket bra lägenhet med ett suveränt läge bara några tiotal meter från fin långgrund sandstrand som dessutom var finkornig. Gott om bra restauranger, caféer, barer mm inom några minuters promenadavstånd. Trots centrala läget förvånansvärt lugnt och få störningar utifrån. Värden föredömligt bra. Hjälpsam serviceinriktad och snabb med svar. Vi hade en helt perfekt vistelse, tack.

Gianluca’s beautiful apartment on the 6th and 7th floor is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The views from the balconies over the pineta (small pine forest and park) to the sea are spectacular. The beach is wonderful and a very short walk. Tiziana, the property manager, was extremely responsive, helpful, and delightful! This is the place to stay in Montesilvano.
