Our cozy house Casa Amida (4–6 people), located on Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and is an ideal base on the Costa Blanca. The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 additional sleeping places – ideal for friends or family who want a bit more privacy. The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes by car.

CALABLANCA

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

El Carmen Rural Suite

The house is very close to the village of Xaló (you can walk) but at the same time enjoy the tranquility and peace of the mountain. Newly renovated and premiered in summer 2018, you'll have all the comforts of an exclusive home. In summer 2020, it was renovated so that guests can enjoy the covered terrace and a swimming pool (alberca) was built for summer days.
