This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of five. The house was very clean, extensive and lovingly furnished. The fantastic view is absolutely amazing!!! We loved to admire the sunrise over the sea every morning at breakfast. Roland is very friendly and helpful. We were able to contact him at any time and he even supported us with bookings for activities! Thank you for the great time and we look forward to coming back next year ☺️

We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

What a absolutely great experience!! The house was beautiful, clean, and the the view is spectacular. Rait helped us from the beginning and was kind enough to really help us communicate with the taxi companies and went as far as helping us out into town. He also made a fantastic list of his recommended restaurants and sites to see. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this wonderful home!!

We had a wonderful stay of three nights at Raul's apartment in Xàbia. Communication beforehand and during our stay was completely uncomplicated – we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right from the start. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for a relaxed stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful balcony, which was a pleasant retreat even on warm days thanks to sufficient shade. Another highlight was the two deck chairs, which you could easily take to the pool – a great addition! Xàbia itself absolutely delighted us: The sandy beach is fantastically beautiful, the water crystal clear, and the beach promenade offers many great restaurants with direct views of the sea. In June, the place was pleasantly quiet and not crowded at all – perfect for relaxing. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Many thanks to Raul for the wonderful time!

We absolutely loved our stay at La cometa , Karine was a super host extremely responsive , we had no issues at all , everything was very clear and Karine checked all was ok which it was. Area we know very well , it’s a fabulous location with lots of culinary options , bars , lovely shops , supermarkets etc . The villa was very clean , a lovely large pool , views from allover the villa . Roof terrace beautiful, bbq area perfect thouroughly enjoyed the outside kitchen . Boules area and pool toys , very equipt for young children , ours are grown up teenagers and they enjoyed it . Garden and plants gorgeous has a lovely feel . Pool man comes twice a week no issue for us , we were home each time , he is very pleasant . We didn’t really watch tv as it was super hot July and no need for it , spent most of the two weeks in the pool allday ! . We would definitely book the villa again lovely lovely find! This place truly is heaven on earth, surrounded by the most beautiful views, mountains and greenery this villa was perfect a beautiful building with beautiful grounds, it had everything we needed and more the kids loved it, one of my favourite places and im well traveled. Wendy was super helpful and friendly, helped arrange bikes and food shopping and fetched us milk also! The beds were super comfy and the villa was spacious and and spotless. highly recommend 👌

Beautiful property for a relaxing break. The house has everything you need and is beautifully designed. The outdoor terrace has such a nice feel to it, perfect space to enjoy breakfast or dinner and wine in the evening. Gata the cat is my far the best welcome committee.

Beautiful Villa, stunning views. Everything you could need. Definitely need a car as location is not walkable especially with children. But the drive isn’t far and easy to get to local shops and beach etc. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

The photos don't do it justice, it's a very spacious apartment with spectacular views. It also feels a lot of privacy. When you arrive, you find that you have everything in place, it's like being at home, you don't need to bring almost anything. For us, the most important thing is the cleanliness and this apartment met our expectations, we felt very comfortable since we arrived. Cathy is always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would come back without thinking!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The whole area is very calm and modern with friendly residents. With car just 15-30 min drive to neighbouring towns where great restaurants/cafes are available. Supermarkets are also very close. The view of the balcony is the most beautiful thing and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need! Definitely worth a visit!

Perfect location with direct sea views from the balcony. Everything in Moreira is within walking distance. Parking nearby, at least during my stay, was not a problem. Equipment practical, but simple.
