Vacation rentals with beach access in Cumbre del Sol

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Amazing views from the balcony made the spot perfect for a relaxing morning and afternoon in the sun ☀️. While the location is roadside (back of apartment where bedrooms are) there is little noise from it to disturb you and the benefits of being high up on the top floor with far reaching views far outweigh any negatives. Walkable a few mins in both directions east and west are great restaurants and bars. Very relaxing beachside location and Moraira had all amenities you could need.

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.

The house is in a beautiful location with a stunning view. The stylish design is detailed and so beautiful. Contact with Damian was friendly and flexible with check in. It is highly recommended, we would like to come back!

What a nice and modern apartment, with great views! The apartment was very clean and communication with the manager went smoothly. Javea is a hugely beautiful place with a nice beach 5 minutes' walk away. All the necessities were there and we enjoyed the coffee. We will definitely come back here again!!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

We've just returned from a half-term break at Lydia's bungalow. On arrivale it was clear that Lydia had thought of everything and was extremely wecloming - ice-creams for the kids, beers and nibbles for adults, floaties in the pool and beach towels as well as pool / bath towels. The bungalow is very well equipped, made us feel like we don't have enough crockery at home...There is plenty of outside seating and the pool was fantastic for the kids. The location is very convenient in a peaceful gated community. The local supermarket is 400yds walk and the beach and many restaurants was less than 10 minutes walk. It was our first time to Xabia and we weren't dissappointed, plenty to do within walking distance of the property.

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Property as described. In particular I would call out how well-stocked it was. All of the basics you could ever think of.. water dispenser, pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, board games etc. would recommend.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Vladi was a great host who communicated really well throughout. The access instructions made it very easy on our arrival. The duplex flat was clean and equipped for our 3 night stay. 5 minute walk from the vibrant Arenal area with great views and lots of restaurant/bar choices. We would definately recommend. Franks apartment is decorated to a very high spec. It has all the amenities one needs. It is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. There are a lot of great eateries within a 2 min walk. This is one of the bests rentals I have stayed at. They even left me snacks and wine! Nothing negative to say!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
