Francisco, I want to thank you for your hospitality, an excellent host, a very cozy place. I would come back and recommend this place. The place is located near all the most important tourist sites in the city of Cuenca, such as the Cathedral. Thanks Francisco, once again.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).

We repeated the stay, because the place offers a lot of tranquility. We spent wonderful days in the pool. It's a great option to rest, read, and enjoy the view. Due to the weather, pool activities can last all day.

An excellent place for a weekend, whether alone or with friends and family. Everything is very organized and clean. Juan Fernando is very attentive to any news and indications. Although the use of the pool is something more of an administrative arrangement, it is worth it. I'd go back to the same place as many times as I can. Thank you for your help.

I went to Cuenca for the first time and we love it, Sandra‘s house was beautiful, big and the kids love it, is in a private neighborhood and really safe, I really recommend this place for any family.

Beautiful Quinta, just like the photos, perfect to enjoy nature, we spent relaxing and quiet moments. My whole family was looking forward to returning.

We visited Cuenca with my wife by a Surgeon. We didn't go tourism. We were 20 days…The apartment very well, comfortable and with all the necessary appliances. We really felt at home. But what I can highlight most is the assistance of its owner and administrators!! Attentive to every detail and concerned about our comfort !

A spacious apartment, in a perfect location. It has everything a traveler needs, even a washing machine! Note that at full blast in the shower, the water isn't hot, but at lower force, it works. Highly recommended.

Amazing place! Away from the city to relax

First, Cuenca, a beautiful city, family, very friendly people. The accommodation is very nice, very clean, Paula is very friendly, without knowing her. The place is peaceful and quiet, the whole sector is the same, easy access to the challenge of the city

Once I located the condo and gained access is was a lovely place! The apartment is as advertised and is a great value. Great parking under the building and the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the southbound Tram station (going toward Terminal Terrestre or the Airport). Coffee shop and nail salon on the bottom level of the building. Darwin the front desk man was very helpful and accommodating. SuperMaxi is 5 minute walk around the corner.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The location was excellent, very close to the historic city center and right next to the University of Cuenca, with lots of cute cafés and local food spots nearby. Juan was very responsive and quickly helped us when we had a minor shower leak. Just a friendly note: if you rely on Wi-Fi for remote work, the connection can be a bit unstable for calls or large downloads, but it’s fine for basic use. Would definitely recommend!

David is a very good host, he helped me with what I needed and was clear with the instructions, I would definitely stay at this place again when I return to Cuenca
