Have fun with the whole family in this stylish place, one block from the typical food of Cuenca (Don Bosco), 5 minutes from Mall del Río, in the lower part of the building we have the Tutto Freddo ice cream parlor and other restaurants, we are 3 blocks from the large Guzho park if you want to go for a walk or exercise, gas station, pharmacy and much more.. 10 minutes from downtown. And if you were looking for tranquility and security, this is the right place. We have a garage in the basement.

Amazing host! Even though my flight arrived late and I had a long drive from Guayaquil, he made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, very responsive and helpful with everything. The apartment was modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — perfect after long day of travel. I also appreciated the small touches like the complimentary tea, and the helpful recommendations nearby. When I accidentally left some personal items behind, he went above and beyond to coordinate getting them back to me quickly before I returned home. Truly great hospitality and kind. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend to all my friends and family!!! Thanks again Patricio!

Chic One-BR Oasis in Prime El Centro Location

I loved my stay at this place. The building is stylish, with a recent renovation. Modern, but with a touch of the old. The apartment is very cool. I liked the big picture window in the living room with the view of the roof tops and the sky. I liked the two private terraces. I liked to watch the street from the front terrace and I liked to chill or soak up a little sunshine on the top terrace. The kitchen was compact, but just fine for me. The apartment had nice art on the wall, a kitchen with things to use, plenty of pillows, towels and linens. The washer/dryer worked well. The shower was great. Entrance to the building and apartment was easy. The location is awesome. I loved that it is on a happening street. The noise wasn't so bad with the double-paned windows on the front. I used a speaker with YouTube 10 hour ocean sounds while sleeping to mask any noise, and earplugs too on Friday and Saturdays. I hope to stay here again when I return to beautiful Cuenca.

Maggie’s place was perfect for our 3-night stay in Cuenca. In one word, the condo is spectacular with fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Pride of ownership is obvious! The building is new and very well maintained, secure, and the location is perfect…just a couple of minutes walk to Parque Calderon.and Immaculate Conception church. It exceeded our expectations, and was our best Airbnb experience in Equador. Highly recommend!
