Excelente ubicación, departamento céntrico. A tan solo a 1 cuadra del famoso parque de la madre y del planetario. Cerca de zona bancaria, centro comercial y restaurantes. Puedes caminar al centro histórico y recorrer varios atractivos de la ciudad a pie o bicicleta, como: el puente roto, cruz del vado, etc. El agua de la llave es potable por lo tanto puede ser bebida directamente. En el parqueadero pueden entrar carros de hasta 5,5 metros, es un tanto estrecho.

We had a great stay, the host accommodated all our requests and the place was beautiful and in walking distance of tons of restaurants and other attractions. I would definitely recommend the place, great experience.

The kitchen features wooden cabinetry with a countertop. A microwave and coffee maker are positioned on the countertop, alongside a dish rack. A window offers a view of the surrounding buildings and mountains. A washing machine is located in the corner near the window.

This review is for the second month of our stay. We loved this apartment! Perfect for 2 people, good workspace in the second bedroom, beautiful bathrooms and showers, mountain views from the large kitchen window, full washer and dryer in unit. The building is beautiful - clean, fast elevator, helpful 24/7 security guards. There are several restaurants at Plaza 33 next door and other places nearby. The neighborhood is walkable, very close to the tranvia and SuperMaxi. We were sorry to leave! Thanks for everything, Fernanda!

El lugar nos gustó muchísimo, es nuevo, se ve tal cual en las fotos y perfecto para una pareja que quiere ir a disfrutar de Cuenca, súper bien ubicado y cerca de buenos restaurantes y la estación de tranvía. Nos sentimos seguros en la zona y con tranquilidad para caminar hacia plaza soleil. Andrea muy atenta, muy buena host!!!

Apartamento acogedor. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo. Como sugerencia solo me permitiría pedir que dejen instrucciones mas detalladas para hacer uso del televisor. Apartamento recomendado.

Het is een prachtig en ruim appartement voor 4 personen wat zeer compleet uitgerust is. Het heeft ook een gratis prive parkeerplaats direct bij het appartement. Op loopafstand ligt het Parque Calderon, en ook de Calle Larga. Winkeltjes en restaurants vindt je zowel in dezelfde straat als in de omgeving. De eigenarese, Ricio, is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: Ik kan dit appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen en als ik weer naar Cuenca ga zal ik hier ook graag weer heen gaan.

Nos hospedamos 1 mes en este departamento. PUNTOS POSITIVOS: *Espacio pequeño ideal para 1 persona, suficiente para dos personas. *Limpio, bien equipado y con implementos básicos de cocina y limpieza. *Edificio seguro y barrio agradable, cerca del río y restaurantes. *Michael es amigable y responde rápido. COSAS POR MEJORAR: *Privacidad: La puerta y ventana dan a un pasillo externo por lo que se puede ver y escuchar a la gente pasando por el pasillo. Asimismo, desde el pasillo se puede ver lo que ocurre dentro del departamento cuando las cortinas estan abiertas. *Ducha: La ducha está parcialmente cerrada por lo que salpica mucha agua al piso del baño. *Almacenamiento: Adecuado para estancias cortas, limitado para largas. En general es una excelente opción sobretodo para estancias cortas. Definitivamente lo rentaríamos de nuevo.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento de Patricia, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo con todo lo necesario y tuvimos la cunita para mi bebé…. El edificio es muy seguro y tiene una linda área de juegos para niños… Patricia fue una muy buena anfitriona… un lugar al que definitivamente volveremos… recomendado

Es el tercer año que visitamos Cuenca y nos alojamos en este bello lugar, aquí nos sentimos como en nuestro hogar, sus instalaciones son cómodas y acogedoras, María y Pablo son personas muy agradables y sobre siempre estuvieron pendientes de cualquier información que necesitábamos. Es el mejor mejor lugar en Cuenca para alojarte lo recomiendo al 100.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo aquí y lo recomiendo mucho! El espacio es perfecto para una o dos personas y además Fernando está atento a cualquier pregunta o resolver cualquier inconveniente. Está a minutos del tranvía, hay un parque al frente, es una zona caminable, hay restaurantes y hoteles cerca para ir a comer y es fácil llegar al centro.

El alojamiento es tal como se ve en las fotografías del anuncio, Marco se mantuvo en comunicación conmigo, nos dió instrucciones claras de como llegar y es totalmente privado. Fue amable en ayudarnos con check-in con unas horas antes de lo indicado en la app. La zona es tranquila, muy segura, cerca de locales comerciales, farmacias y cajero de la Jep, lugar limpio, baño un poco angosto pero con lo necesario, cuenta con agua caliente y toallas limpias, solo nos faltó unos jabones extras, la cama era cómoda y sábanas limpias, cuenta con un armario. Tuvimos una desconexión del internet por unas 2h aproximadamente, pero en general fluia bien, Marco fue amable y presto para cualquier novedad, considerando que no se encontraba en la cuidad. Sus respuestas fueron positivas y presto a brindar bien servicio. El alojamiento está equipado con todo lo necesario, cocina, lavandería, plancha, secadora de cabello. El pequeño balcón es bonito con sus plantas ornamentales. Lo recomiendo!
