Clean and neat home on a quiet canal. Neighbors were even friendly! Good amount of parking. Home is clean and well laid out. Airy living room just off the open kitchen. Large master bedroom and bathroom. We felt very comfortable there.

Fantastic place for a home base while the beautiful keys. Close enough to key west for an upbeat day, very quiet in the evening. If anything, I’d say I was expecting less from the description and was very surprised at how nice this place is. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Philip's listing described the place perfectly. Zero unexpected surprises and it had absolutely everything to make our vacation super enjoyable. When it comes to location, so much to do in under 30 minutes. Smack dab in the middle when it comes to driving to Marathon or Key West. It was also great to be able to keep a boat right outside and to have a marina as part of the park. Access to great places to fish are 15-30 minutes away.

Our 7 day stay was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. The location was somewhat remote but only a short drive into Marathon. We hope to come back soon!!!

We needed to be near summerland key for work all week, but no short-term airbnbs on thT key. This was key adjacent, the rental was comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding at the end of each work day.

This place was an absolute dream! The location felt so private yet was so close to whatever we needed or wanted. The house was very clean and so welcoming. It was just the two of us for this trip but with each of the 3 bedrooms having their own full bathroom, this place could have easily accommodated more. We definitely want to come back again with friends/family. The rest of the home is cozy and has everything you need. The outdoor areas are so nice and peaceful. The landscaping, private pool/spa area, and the fire pit area make it feel like you're in your own tropical paradise. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we interacted with were very kind. Seeing the Key deer walk around the area and hearing the peacocks made this place even more magical. This was our first time in The Keys and definitely won't be our last. The worst part of this experience was having to leave. This lovely place definitely made it difficult to go back to real life. We can't wait to come back!

The condo and the whole condo complex was beautiful. The pool was great, with an awesome view. Plenty of places to sit at the pool and in the surrounding areas. One thing to note is that the condo has no closets and no place to hang clothes. Wasn’t a huge deal for us, as we were able to put things on shelves. Frank was very responsive when we needed something. The Marathon area has plenty of things to do and it’s close enough for a day trip to Key West.

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

We had a fantastic stay at Tranquility Guest House — we were able to check in early and everything was already clean and prepared for us. The host was very responsive and helpful with messaging which was reassuring. The pool is also clean, quiet, and private. Overall this is a great value for the money and the location is perfect!

This was our first time traveling to Key West and we weren’t sure what to expect. I can’t say enough great things about Center Cottage Inn. They went above and beyond our expectations and it was the perfect place to experience a lot of the wonderful things the island has to offer. The cottage we stayed in was fully equipped for all of our needs and was tiny in the best way. It had a lot of great storage, ample towels (both for bathing and the pool), fully stocked kitchen (we opted to make our own breakfast each day), and lots of thoughtful details like a portable speaker, bug spray, charging ports and more. Naomi was super responsive and helpful. We were able to leave our bags on the premises as our departure flight wasn’t until late afternoon. This was a game changer as we were able to enjoy our last day without carrying luggage around. If you want to feel like locals this is the place for you.

Conveniently located spot that is walking distance to Duval and all the nearby restaurants and sights!

This is a nice place with parking included and a nice swimming pool. It is right at Duvall street and 20 minutes walk with toddler to the Mallory square and 15 mins walk to the Southern most point. Sunscreen and aloes and beach towel and a candy jar is provided at the general area which is a nice touch. There are 2 roosters and hens and baby chicks hanging around at the parking lot area is pretty cool . Overall is very nice and will go back for sure

This place and its host were awesome. Such a great location, a great space, and wonderful host with clear instructions and great communication. We would definitely highly recommend!!!

We just loved our stay in Key Colony. Everything about Yuni’s home was perfect. Very comfortable beds with lovely linens. The 2 bathrooms are beautiful with plenty of towels. Soft beach towels and coolers were provided which saved space in suitcases not having to pack. The private beach area has soft sand and plenty of chairs too. Yuni has a storage unit with additional chairs and beach gear that made out beach trip to Bahia Honda that much easier. The amazing coffee maker saved me hundreds on not needing to buy coffee out everyday for all of us. Morning cup of coffee in the comfortable lounge chairs and dinner on the balcony with the beautiful view is something you must experience. The location was great, close to state parks, the turtle hospital, 7 mile bridge, Amazing restaurants and grocery stores. You can not go wrong booking with Yuni and staying at Turtles Pace. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

We are absolutely in love with this place. The views are gorgeous. the grounds were immaculately groomed. There are so many colorful trees and flowers. The pool is slightly heated, which is perfect. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We got to see the jets fly over a few times, so cool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Traci’s condo was great in every way! Everything was very clean and the view was amazing. We could enjoy watching the turquoise water and swaying palm trees from almost every room – both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, or relaxing on the large balcony. Some of the furniture is different in the photos, but my group agrees it is even better now than what you see. Having our own parking space in the garage was much appreciated, too. Traci responded quickly; clear check-in instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time at Chris’s place. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well furnished. Wonder if an air purifier might help as a few of our allergies kicked in when we were inside. All in all a great vacation

Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon getaway, quiet perfect amount of space for us, the set up was great with 2 bathrooms and a huge walkin closet, the couches were super comfy, the TV was big enough to see from across the room, we enjoyed everything about it. Got to meet some of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and enjoyed talking to them. Scott had some great local recommendations and we enjoyed everything.

The condo was exactly as pictured, clean, quiet and close enough you could walk to some things, I would suggest taking an uber to downtown especially during the summer. The restaurant/bar Mac’s next door has good food. The noise others complain about we could not really hear inside the condo, so not sure why that was mentioned by others. We had a great time, ate some great food and explored a lot of what Key West has to offer. We would definitely stay in this condo again. Thanks Jennifer for sharing your beautiful place with us.
