North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat atop...North Hill, Rowan is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil setting with space to roam. Rowan is ideally placed to explore the sandy beaches to the west, the rugged coast to the north and the wilds of Exmoor, and after all that there is an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and games room to help you relax and unwind.

We’ve included plenty of touches that will make it feel like your home as well as ours. In a quiet corner of beautiful Willingcott Valley’s landscaped grounds, summer guests (June to Sept) can access the heated outdoor swimming pool. Our neighbouring property (Bay Tree Cottage – four doors along), means we can accommodate groups of up to ten (plus two infants).

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
