B&B a crotone situato in una posizione ottima, sia vicino al centro che vicino ai servizi piú indispensabile (come autostazione, supermercato,tabacchi ecc) Si presenta fedelissimo alle foto che vengono pubblicate nell'annuncio, molto pulito. Host gentilissimi e disponibili anche la signora delle pulizie cortese e attenta ai dettagli.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Great location on the beach! Perfect summer stay. Close to all, beach and restaurants. Rossana was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Very modern clean and smart. Appreciated the zanzariere which meant mosquitoes not a pest with windows open. Great info supplied on local places to eat things to do etc. easy walk into Crotone along the lungomare. Easy parking in garden. All in all was really good and to be recommended.

Giuseppe est un hôte absolument incroyable ! Toujours disponible, très amical et plein de bonnes recommandations ! L'appartement qu'il propose est très bien équipé, moderne et avec service de nettoyage hebdomadaire. Simplement parfait !

Giuseppe è molto cortese, disponibile, simpatico e gentilissimo – una persona d’altri tempi che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Appartamento carino, comodo e pulito, completo di tutto: lavatrice grande, frigo, aria condizionata, situato dietro al Duomo con accesso al centro storico con negozi, bar, mercato di frutta e verdura. A 10 minuti dal lungomare. Tutto molto bello. Ritornerò volentieri.

We were greeted by Guiseppe and made to feel welcome immediately. He speaks excellent English and was happy to offer suggestions about food, sights and shopping. A supermarket 20 minutes away with everything you could want and some good local restaurants nearby. It has an amazing view of the sea easily enjoyed sitting in the terrace kitchen, a very serviceable espresso maker and a comfortable bed. The apt has a gated, private, very safe parking area, which is quite large. All in all, everything exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in a couple dozen bnb's over the last 4 years and this was our best experience so far.

Giuseppe opened the gate as we pulled up and we stopped and unloaded our gear right at the doorstep prior to moving our car. Gated parking is always a plus when travelling with a rental car. He took the time to explain all the workings of the place which is always nice. The apartment was clean, exactly as described. Very bright with big windows that open a number of ways to get airflow. The view was also pretty nice, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen functioned well, as did the bathroom and the shower was strong and hot if you wanted that. The drive to the grocery store was less than 5 minutes, but it would be a hike on foot. We did not partake of the local eateries, but there are quite a few a short drive away. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
