Staying in this place was like feeling at home. We found perfect hosts, always available and very welcoming. Upon our arrival in the kitchen there was everything you need to have breakfast for 10 consecutive days, a really beautiful treatment. We were in the company of our kitten who loved going for the tours of the surrounding countryside. All surrounded by a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon. Another quality, the farm is located in a strategic position to visit other wonderful neighboring villages. It's a shame to leave.

I had a wonderful week in Foligno. The apartment is charming and comfortable, well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The lovely host, Sonia and her genial husband, were helpful, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Foligno as a town, too. Most guidebooks describe it a great base for exploring Umbria, which it is, but it is also an attractive and pleasant place in its own right.

Beautiful apartment, both the interior and the exterior. Cool house even in summer, very clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything is new and comfortable. Exceptionally new and pleasant linen. Small but very comfortable kitchen. The host's availability is excellent. I can't complain about anything. I didn't understand what was under the iron grilles in the courtyard, and I was very pleased to discover that there are the ruins of an ancient house, also present inside the house under a thick glass plate. Beautiful renovation. Convenient location. Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

Spello is a lovely city, but small enough to feel comfortable in right away. The apartment has lovely views, a nice terrace and is a few minutes from the sites, restaurants and stores. Also very near the station for excursions. Roberto is a very considerate host, and it was a lovely stay.

I spent this weekend with the family to visit some places in Umbria. Very clean and very comfortable accommodation located in a quiet and peaceful area but close to some of the most beautiful places in Umbria. Excellent amenities in the accommodation as well as bed and bath linens. The owner is helpful and welcoming. If you choose this accommodation, you won't be disappointed. Far from it!!!

We only stayed in the apartment for one night, but it was like being at home, everything was simply perfect. The apartment was cozy, spacious and super clean, as we like it 😀 Elisabetta followed us step by step before we arrived and did her best to give us access to the apartment the moment we arrived. He gave us great advice about Foligno for the evening, and he also booked a tavern for us to enjoy the atmosphere of the moment. In short, what can I say, a perfect weekend thanks to Elisabetta.

We stayed, with our teenage kids, in Tracy and John’s home while in the area for our small wedding ceremony and it absolutely completed the experience. The yard is beautiful and the pool area is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset - the view is unmatched! The home and yard were a perfect backdrop for our pre-ceremony pictures. The property is private, but is a short walk from the center of town. As for the house itself, Tracy and John have preserved the Italian charm while also renovating to make the space feel modern, cozy and inclusive of all the conveniences of home. We had a private chef one night and EVEN HE was impressed with the kitchen. As for the property manager that Tracy and John use, Anja, she was the highlight of the whole experience. Not only did we enlist her services to help plan and coordinate our ceremony, but she also had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. Our favorite Airbnb property to-date!

We had a great 4 night stay in Spello at Brigitte's place. Lots of attention to detail in the decor and amenities. Cute and cozy apartment. Comfortable bed. and sofa. Kitchen had all we needed and she provided snacks and some starter basics, like milk for coffee, juices, and enough coffee for our stay. If you have a car, a great location to explore Spello, Assisi, Spoleto, the whole area. Parking spot right next to apartment. Easy to get in and out to town and the expressway. Brigitte was a very responsive host. We had an issue with not enough hot water for a shower, but she was on it right away. But still might need to take a quick one. Spello is a really cute town and this apartment is a great base for visiting the area.
