The Ground Floor - The heart of the house is an open-concept living area featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. Secure private parking for 2 cars is available at the back of the property (there is plenty of public parking space avaliable within 1 min of walk)

You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
