House vacation rentals in Crested Butte

We had a fantastic stay. The place itself was spacious while also cozy and was located right next to a great bar and grill. Biggest plus was definitely having a heated garage for the winter snow, no ice scrapping required. It was just south of Crested Butte which made for an easy drive to the town and the slopes. The hosts were also amazing with proactive instructions and they checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect.

Michelle typically responded within ten minutes to questions we had. The house comfortably slept ten girls utilizing the pullout. It had plenty of space for us to eat and lounge together. The neighborhood was peaceful the home was clean. We had a lovely stay!

Beautiful views + the perfect location. Only 3 blocks to get to town but a world away from any crowds. Front yard porch and back yard deck make it so easy to relax and are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is very well appointed with spices and a dishes but bring the basics like olive oil, coffee and filters. Definitely hope we are able to come back soon!

This house was perfect for our group. We loved the large comfy sectional in the family room, large dining table and kitchen to cook meals. The loft area upstairs was perfect for kids! Hot tub was great and it was an easy walk to the bus to the slopes. We’ll be back!

This place is beautiful. The design, furniture, and location are all superb and extremely comfortable. It has everything you need. Everything. Note: the cozy heated garage is too low for an outback with a pod. So you have to be prepared to unload your pod and remove it if you want to park inside (and no one is shoveling outside in the winter so…). My family of four was very happy here working, skiing, and relaxing.

This place was adorable, cozy, great backyard for games. It was close to downtown, where we practically walked every night! Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! It is a great location, walkable to all the restaurants/shops on Elk and also right at the edge of town and close to some great in town hikes. Lovely deck to relax on and just listen to the aspen leaves in the wind. A great find right in the heart of CB.

This is a beautiful house with great mountain views. For a summer property it is a great location. The house is a few miles from downtown CB and the ski area, which I prefer. The house is very new and hasn’t had many guests yet so the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked and in good shape. The only negatives are that there are only two full size bedrooms, the others are a sleeper sofa and bunkbeds. Also, the only TV is in the office area. The bunkbed room is downstairs and very close to the front door and garage door access, which might be concerning for parents with children staying in the room alone.

Return guest and hope to come back another time! This is a great spot to enjoy all CB has to offer from riding on the mountain to enjoying town.

The space was very comfortable and within walking distance of the lifts. Enjoyed it very much.

The fam and I spent a wonderful spring break ski week here and loved it. Condo is beautiful and the perfect size for the three of us. Super clean and well-maintained. Ski lifts are less than 10 minutes walk and that includes a stop at the ski valet downstairs. Pool, hot tub and fitness center are all right there, too. Had a few questions for the host during our stay and answers came in minutes. We will definitely be booking this property again in the summer!

This review might be different from most because it was just my husband and myself who were sort of scoping out a possible retirement location - we had happened upon this area the year before and fell in love with it, especially this neighborhood. This was a nice spacious house with excellent views toward Crested Butte. Spring was getting started - Aspens leafing out yellow, wildflowers springing up, rivers running, higher mountains still snow-capped, yet hiking possible. I could imagine a large group really enjoying this house due to its size and well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Best of all was the view from the main living space and the deck. It's a quiet neighborhood - mostly you can hear only wind and birds. At night the neighborhood is very dark and the stars are amazing. We had no major issues - the few little things were addressed quickly and efficiently by the host. We would definitely stay there again, but would want to bring a crowd with us next time!

We were amazed by the view!! We felt at home right away. The house is great, very well equipped . Anything you need in the kitchen is right there. There is a lot of everything: towels, plates, silverware…dipping in the hot tub looking at the mountain is wow!! You just want to stay there forever. The location is perfect, close to town and hiking trails. There is a huge deck where the whole family can sit and have a barbecue dinner. We were 11 people with kids and we enjoyed very much. They even gave toys, games and kids books. It looks like they have thought of everything !! The host and cohost reply in minutes to any message. We will surely come back. Gorgeous house, plenty of beds, cozy and warm. The bunk bed mattresses are exquisite - best sleep of my life, so soft. The Fast Tracks shuttle service was excellent!! Utilize that and the town buses, they’re very quick and effective! Future renters please note - the driveway is fairly short - only about 2 cars can fit comfortably, plus 1 in the garage. CB tickets aggressively for any undesignated parking, so be sure to carpool and respect the rules of the community :)

Excellent location; 1 min drive to drop off skiers or super easy to catch the shuttle. Home was beautifully decorated and clean just like the photos. Corey was super responsive and made our stay an easy one.

Our guys stay at a lot of places for work, and they just got back and said this has been the best place so far. Thank you for your beautiful home. It was perfect for our crew.

Ted’s place in CB South has spectacular views in a quiet neighborhood, great layout and fireplace ambiance, and separate kids and adult area with the tv area loft. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. My daughter loved the kids room and we had plenty of room to spread out with the loft area. We were visiting friends in the neighborhood and have always enjoyed going to Tullys, Camp 4 Coffee, and Zuni Brewing on the Main Street of CB South. We visited in the winter but we would love to check out this place in the summer with the deck and outdoor fireplace!

You cannot get any more ski in/ski out than this condo. Literally steps away from the back deck to Peachtree Lift! It was the perfect location for us to come in for a quick lunch and get right back out on the slopes. The upstairs neighbors were noisy at times (mainly squeaky floors and someone—probably kids—stomping/jumping), but the location and views are incredible. The view of Mt. Crested Butte is stunning, especially later in the day. The condo was also well stocked with basic supplies. We will definitely try to book again when coming back to Crested Butte.

We had an absolutely wonderful month-long stay at this beautiful home in Crested Butte! The house was exactly as described – serene, quiet, and tucked away off the beaten path, surrounded by the wilderness. It was the perfect getaway for our family (two little ones under 3) to relax and recharge. The highlight of our stay was definitely the host, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even brought in two highchairs for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay so much easier. It’s not often you encounter a host who cares so much about the comfort of their guests! The home itself was cozy and well-equipped with anything you might need. We had everything we needed for a smooth stay, and the peaceful surroundings were just what we were looking for. We spent our days exploring the area, eating at the local restaurants 10 min away in town and our nights unwinding in the calm of the mountains. It truly felt like a home away

Adam’s place was perfect for our ski getaway. We loved that we could easily walk to Elk Ave, the Main Street in town, for shops, restaurants etc. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would recommend Adam’s place to anyone looking to stay in Crested Butte.

Sabrina’s place is beautiful and as advertised. Sabrina was easy to deal with and communicated clear along the way. Would stay here again and would highly recommend her home.

Matthew’s place in Crested Butte was amazing in 2025. I am a father with two kids and we like to save money and cook some of our meals went on vacation so it was refreshing to find good cookware with no nonstick pans that still worked, plus plenty of cutting boards and knives. The stove is nicer than the one I have at home and there were plenty of spices and essentials like olive oil to cook with as well. The radiant floor heating kept the whole place nicely warm and the ceiling fans were great at night. The hot tub was nice and clean, and ran smoothly with working jets. Quality lotion and shower essentials were also provided and were very welcome in the dry mountain air of Crested Butte. We are definitely coming back with our mountain bikes in the summer, and will be booking this place again!

This was our first time staying in CB South for our annual family ski trip so we were not sure what to expect - let me just say we had the most amazing, uninterrupted view of Mount Crested Butte we’ve ever had! We were thrilled that we happened upon this place! The house was beautiful, plenty of space for our group (teen kids and their friends) and still very convenient to Crested Butte and skiing - do not worry about the extra 5 minute drive!! My husband said he would rather stay in this area in the future. We didn’t get a chance to visit the local bars/restaurants but there is a liquor store which was very close and easy to access if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.
