Lower taxes for guests than being in town (property borders the town property). Home is pet friendly with a private fenced yard. Large deck, BBQ grill, incredible views, and lots of privacy. Home has great views, amazing outdoor space, and conveniently located next to Crested Butte.. This home is a duplex, but none of the space is shared between the two units. Both units have a private deck, private entrance, and private parking. Please read reviews for accurate information from past renters.

Homestead #4 sits a stone's throw from Cement Creek with trails from your cabin door. Homestead features a fully equipped kitchen, small bath, gas fireplace, wi-fi, and outdoor gas grill. This cabin is more appropriate for a couple or small family. We only allow dogs (2 max) at $20/night per dog. Communal hot tub (reservation only) with 1-hour private soaking times.

Views, views, views! Our house is nestled into the base of Mount Crested Butte on a quiet cul-de-sac. In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.
