Absolutely lovely cabin, excellent beach access as described! Very lovely hosts, no query too much trouble. An itinerary was provided of things to do, places to see, places to eat with and without dogs. No faults to be had, wonderful! 5*

We can only say extremely positive comments about Amanda and Seas the Day. The house was a home from home, we settled instantly. Everything you could want was provided and kitchen appliances were straight forward to use. The house was immaculate and well cared for. The area was quiet and in a good location for visiting local beaches and castles.We were blessed with sunshine which made every trip out, beautiful. Exquisite interior design that really added to the stay; hot tub was an absolute delight at the end of each day; location superb; enjoyed sitting at the rock pools watching dolphins - a true blessing; local amenities perfect; loved the proximity to the sea which meant I could have safe evening walks admiring the sunset and enjoying the peaceful sea views at night. Highly recommend. Thank you also Jen for the delicious scones, jam and cream!

The property is spacious, but still cosy. It's best feature has to be it's location - situated literally on the coastal path, with great views and just a short walk to a fabulous, huge empty sandy beach. The walk along the beach to Warkworth, with it's castle, bridge and pubs/restaurants is a must.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Accommodation very clean, modern and comfortable. Site nice and quiet, with sea views and few mins walk to beach and local shops, cafes, eateries. Would visit again, esp as dog friendly.

The place is extremely quirky and the decor is exactly what we woupd look for. Everything is laid out perfectly and there is every facility you can think of. We just used it as a base to sleep as we soent 2 days exploring Northumberland but this is a super place for a couple, or a family, to spend quality time together Spotlessly clean and quiet surroundings Thanks Doreen

Booked a little break at Linda's caravan on Airbnb. Kids absolutely loved the caravan. Linda was very responsive and helpful when needed. The weekend went far too quickly. Will 100% book again and would recommend to anyone.

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

We had a lovely break. The position of the caravan overlooking the sea is one of the best on the site and it had everything we needed. We’d very happily go back for another stay.

Absolutely gorgeous caravan . The lock box for the key isn't the easiest place to access if you have trouble bending or if the ground is wet This caravan is beautiful, fantastic location, parking space and its at the quieter end of the park. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Christopher, he is a fantastic host and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Christopher

Myself, Mum and 5 year old son just stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely break! David is a responsive and thoughtful host, replying quickly, arranging for the heating to be on for arrival and even leaving lovely treats for us to enjoy! The place is absolutely spotless, super clean and well organised, it has everything you'd need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend! We ventured to Cresswell Beach and White House Farm in Morpeth which is a must if you have little ones. Lovely memories made... as well as some sand castles!

Second stay at this beautiful caravan that once again did not disappoint. Lovely, comfortable, homely caravan in the most peaceful spot on a great site. We can not get enough of the amazing views of the sea, right outside the caravan. Sitting out on the balcony is one of our most favourite things to do here, with also the quick walk to the beach to paddle in the sea and make sandcastles with the children. Our children absolutely loved staying here again withe plenty to do on the site and wonderful surrounding places to visit. Lots of lovely personal touches in the caravan that make it feel very welcoming. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Malcolm's caravan, in beautiful Northumberland. The caravan was well equipped, with some nice touches like an airfryer and various paid for TV services. Malcolm provided us with some helpful pre-checkin information and was responsive to any request we had while we were there. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

My husband and I were visiting my son, daughter in law and their 5 month old baby who live in Heaton. My niece was with us from Canada so we wanted somewhere comfortable, with plenty to do and easy access to our son’s home. This property was the first one I looked at. It exceeded our expectations, we loved the location, parking pass provided for the weekend. Views from rooms front and back are spectacular. We especially liked walking into Tynemouth, such a lovely place with lots of cafes, restaurants and coffee shops plus independent shops which is always nice to see. As I stated before we all enjoyed the indoor market. We had a lovely weekend.

The apartment was perfect in size and location for the things we wanted to see in and around South Shields. The coastline is beautiful, walk to Marsden Grotto along the coast took about 1 1/2 hrs with amazing birdlife (bus back) Foot ferry over to North Shields, bus and Metro ticket good, St Mary’s Lighthouse a must , check tide times. Tyne Mouth a special place with Priory and spectacular views .Roman Fort next to the Apartment a hidden gem and free. Sadly some of South Shields needs a Spruce up like so many places on our Coastline. Elaine is a lovely host.

Melanie's place was amazing - we were blown away when we walked in. The bedrooms are a good size, and the living room had amazing views of the sea - shame the sun only behaved on our last day!! This apt is right in the centre of everything, but equally, you don't really hear any noise from the outside once you're in and have closed the doors, it's a great bit of escapism. Melanie was really responsive to any questions we had. Also - make sure you visit the Lamp Room for breakfast and take advantage of the 50% off - breakfast was amazing, everyone enjoyed what they had, and the staff were lovely. We will be back xx

Amazing place. Just what we needed. Beach access within 8 minutes walk as promised. Made the most of it! Super well equipped kitchen (inc cafetiere, a selection of pyrex bowls & a salad spinner!) Comfy beds. Lovely big bathroom towels. Super fast broadband. (50MB+; no problems streaming etc) Philip was responsive both before and after our stay. Highchair provided at short notice. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

A beautiful cottage in an ideal location, literally minutes to the lovely beach. It's also close to town with many shops and restaurants. There is everything you need in the cottage to feel at home. The beach is like something aboard it's so nice. Would 100% go back. The hosts have thought of everything and are very helpful if you need anything.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying in the flat at Beadnell. The flat was modern, spacious and comfortable. It had every thing you might need for great time away. The flat has a lovely view of the sea and was very well placed to make a good location for visiting the area. There was lots of helpful information to make the most of the locality.

Great, well proportioned and bright apartment and exactly what we were looking for our weekend get away. Perfectly located if you’re arriving by metro, close to the sea and right by Tynemouth’s restaurants and bars.
