Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.
