Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Tangy Lodge is located right by the coast, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind for the whole family. Just a 10 minute drive from Campbeltown and 1 mile away from Westport beach (famous for its fantastic surfing), the area is known for its traditional whisky distilleries, outstanding scenery and the classic song "Mull of Kintyre". The lodge is also ideal for a golfing getaway, with 5 courses nearby and Machrihanish being known for having the best opening hole in the world.

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Weaver's Cottage

Our house is situated in the village of Keills just a few minutes from the Ferry Terminal at Port Askaig. The house has stunning views down the Sound of Islay towards Kintyre. Finlaggan Visitor Centre, Bunnahabhain, Caolila and Ardnahoe Distillery are all a short drive away from the house. The house is fully equipped with all you need to make it a home from home. The garden in front of the house is perfect to sit in and while away the hours in the sun.

Romantic Artist's Cottage, Tighnabruaich

Romantic hideaway cottage and garden in a secluded location in Tighnabruaich. It's been used as an artist's home since 2003 and is ideal for a romantic getaway. Enjoy open plan living with a contemporary beach house feel overlooking a mature private garden in the stunning surroundings of Argyll. Booking is essential for restaurants and cafes. The cottage is not suitable for children or pets.

Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
