Peaceful and well-insulated house, just a stone's throw from Lorient and Port-Louis. The 2nd floor is reserved for the Airbnb, featuring 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, and a 2nd toilet with sink. Towels, herbal teas, and a fan are provided. Complimentary breakfast. I am 1 km from the shuttle boat to Lorient and 5 minutes from Port-Louis and its beautiful beaches. I have a very nice dog and cat I keep them away if you like. Convenience store and restaurants nearby.

Sa localisation idéale vous permettra de profiter pleinement des nombreuses plages et petits villages typiquement bretons . De la commune de Locoal-Mendon, vous vous rendrez en 5 min à la Ria d'Etel , en 15 min du golfe du morbihan et en 15 min des grandes plages de l'océan atlantique.
