Our accommodation is located in the municipality of Saint Philibert in a quiet residence just 500 meters from the beaches. It is perfect for families with kids, couples and solo travelers. It is conveniently located to discover the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer, the Carnac menhirs, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, the old port of St Goustan, the wild coast of Quiberon, Vannes and its historic center... For the months of July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Seaside getaway in Carnac for a family or romantic getaway: This small 45 m2 semi-detached house on the ground floor with no overlooking neighbors is ideal for family vacations. Fully equipped and quiet, it will allow you to fully enjoy the seaside resort of Carnac, its large 2 km sandy beach and its tourist attractions (its 3,000 menhirs, its museum, its forest...). It can accommodate 4 people, preferably a family with 2 children.

You will have all the comforts, bed linen and towels provided It consists of a living room open to a terrace of about 20 m2, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed, shower room, separate toilet. Free parking is available on the adjacent streets.

The environment is very quiet while remaining close to the city center, you can even go there along the sea by the coastal path. In an extraordinary countryside setting, in the heart of a megalithic UNESCO World Heritage site, our small house is ideal for a couple or a couple with a child. The house, completely renovated a few years ago, is my grandmother's. It has the charm of old houses that have a story. It has a secluded garden where you can store your bikes. You will have a privileged view of the Carnac menhirs alignments.

"La Petite Maison" Ploëmel

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

NOTE that for the price of this independent room with bathroom, we offer you a kitchenette in the workshop on the ground floor at no extra cost (not very attractive but very practical: you are independent). Access to the studio is via a miller's staircase. the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain and not a door. Hot tub for an extra charge and subject to availability

New house from 2022 with an area of 100 m2 in the immediate vicinity of the village of Crach, shops, in a very quiet environment with an outdoor wooden terrace. You will be 10 minutes from La Trinité-sur-Mer, Locmariaquer (starting point to visit the Gulf of Morbihan, Houat, Houedic and Belle-Île-en-Mer) and 14 minutes from Carnac. Many mountain bike trails start from the house.
