Love in Chianti

MichaelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This Airbnb was, without a doubt, the best my wife & I have ever stayed at. The house was spotless, cozy, & perfectly located with breathtaking views of Tuscany—but what truly made it unforgettable was Riccardo & his amazing family. From the moment we arrived, Riccardo went above & beyond to make us feel at home. When our rental car plans fell through, he stepped in without hesitation, becoming our personal driver. He took us grocery shopping, showed us around Chianti, & even drove us to Florence twice. Riccardo was always responsive, kind, & genuinely cared about our experience. We didn’t just find a beautiful place to stay—we found warmth, hospitality, & a real connection that made us feel like family. This stay was worth every dollar & more. A true home away from home. If we ever return to Tuscany, it will definitely be with Riccardo.

Costalmandorlo, a rustic home in the heart of Tuscany

SabineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved our stay in this beautiful vacation home, perfectly located in the peaceful Tuscan countryside. Sandra is a very attentive host, she was always available for any questions and proactively communicated making the check in process very easy. The house is well appointed. I would like to point out though that only one of the bedrooms has total privacy as the other two bedrooms can only be closed off by a curtain. This contributed to its charm as a lot of the old features of the house were preserved, and wasn't a problem for us. We definitely would come back. Thank you Sandra.

Casa Al Poggio & Chianti view

KathyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Hands down our favorite part of our two weeks in Italy! Casa Al Poggio was our Tuscan home away from home. We went and did all the things… Florence, Cinque Terre, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, etc. But coming “home” to this place was the best. So peaceful and picturesque looking across the valley at the Badia Di Passignano. We cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen and my husband loved the rustic BBQ. Fresh herbs in the garden and the smell of jasmine blooming on the patio. Book yourself extra time here…you won’t want to leave! Emanuele & Tamara are the kindest people. Take them up on all of their restaurant recommendations. Everyone one was a hit! We can’t wait to go back.

Our stay at the tower was incredible and I would recommend to anyone thinking about booking to go for it, such a remarkable building and surrounding area and having the golf cart to drive to and from the hotel and around the farm was a great touch. Would visit again Aoife and Shane

Farmhouse on the hill of Florence

AntayaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a beautiful stay at Barbara’s house - we actually even cancelled some of our day trips just to relax there because of the beautiful views, birdsong and relaxed atmosphere! You need a car to access the house, but it’s only 10 mins drive to the nearest train station directly into Florence. Wonderful hiking trails directly from the house with stunning sights across the Tuscan hills. Such a wonderful stay. Thanks Barbara!

The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. GUIDI POWER

TerryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Giuliani is a wonderful host who made us feel as if this slice of paradise was our home, too. The location, the meticulously restored home, the views all make for the ultimate Tuscan experience. But Giuliani and her husband bring it all together with their warmth and attentiveness. It was a tough place to say goodbye to — for now. If you are looking for a Tuscan experience, this is it. And remember to ask for the hosts’ home-cooked meal. It is a culinary experience in the very best sense.

Christine and John were the best hosts, making this incredible location even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond, recommending restaurants, wineries and experiences that made our trip unforgettable. Christine also helped us get our lost luggage back, ringing the airport for us and liaising with a driver in Florence to pick it up and drop it off to us. Incredible service. Absolutely recommend!

Donna’s apartment was curated so well and was extremely cozy for my fiancé and I. Historical mansion in Florence with garden

GabrielleRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

Apartment amid History and Design near the Duomo

AnnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

Stylish Terrace on Boboli Gardens

KellyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

home away from home, to make you feel at home

PierreRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very nice 4-night stay in Florence, in the apartment offered by Isabella. The accommodation is in a great location, allowing you to walk to the various attractions of the city, while being away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The train station is easily accessible in 20 minutes by bus. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious (with a high ceiling), and has all the necessary amenities - we absolutely did not want for anything. Everything was impeccably clean! Isabella gave very good advice on good addresses in the neighborhood, and was very considerate and available by messages for all our questions. I recommend it, and we will come back without hesitation!

We had such a lovely stay at Lola’s place. The garden was lovely to relax in during the evenings and the location was perfect - walkable to the main attractions in Florence but quieter and less hectic than being right in the centre which was perfect for us! Lola was so friendly and helpful - she gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and helped us with queries during our stay. She also gave us lots of cute thoughtful gifts for our baby!

🔑 The Smile Apartment 😃

EvangeliaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We stayed from 11-18/6/25. Our stay was great. In the apartment we felt at home, comfortable, spacious, clean, equipped, ideal place to stay in Florence. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is also an elevator. The transfer to the city center was by bus 6 or 6A or 6B with very regular routes. Shops very close. Communication with Alessandra was impeccable, direct and friendly. I will recommend it to friends and I will stay again on my next trip to Florence. I just won't rent a car next time because unfortunately there's no free parking. You can park on the blue lines for a fee from 08:00 to 20:00 for 1€/hour. Free from 20:00 to 08:00 with difficulty finding a parking space. Similarly, in the city center, parking on the blue lines is paid from 08:00 to 20:00 at 2€/hour. Thank you to Alessandra for being so great.
