On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Augusta's house is welcoming and spacious. Located in the heart of nature, quiet, this cottage is ideal for rest and family walks. A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds.
