Coutras SNCF train station (trains 31 min from Bordeaux) is only 3 km away, as well as the nearest supermarket, and the A89 highway is 5 minutes away And by car, the beautiful city of Bergerac is 40 minutes away, and 15 minutes from the unmissable village of St Emilion and the beautiful city of Libourne. Linens and towels are not provided.

1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this pretty little fully-equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linens, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Indeed this small house is located 30 minutes from Bordeaux, Blaye, Libourne, Saint Emilion and only 1 hour from the beach. Its geographical location allows you to visit all the must-see places of Gironde easily and quickly.

A break somewhere between érable and niwaki

Unpretentious, our accommodation nestled near the vineyards of Saint-Émilion and Pomerol as well as the Japanese-style pleasure garden certainly add a touch of charm and serenity. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. If you have specific questions or would like advice on things to do in the area, don't hesitate!
