Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

New, air-conditioned accommodation, 15 m2, consisting of a bedroom area with a double bed, a small bathroom, and a snack area (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). TV and WiFi (fiber). For sunny days a small garden is at your disposal. 5 min walk to the pretty village and its abbey. Bakery 3 min walk! Ideally located to discover the northern Gironde region (20 min from St Emilion, 40 min from Blaye) as well as the Dordogne.
