Vacation rentals with a patio in County Galway

John’s sanctuary in Lisdoonvarna is 100%, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is very out of the way in the best way - it felt so peaceful and was the perfect way to take in the Irish countryside. We received great hospitality from John, from check-in, which he assisted with on site, to local recommendations and prompt responses via chat. We will definitely plan another stay at this place again when in the area.

Nicely furnished, comfy beds, great TV and excellent location, right by the brilliant Glynn’s pub. Lots of other places to eat and drink close by and just a short journey into Galway too.

Stephen's place is in an ideal location… Close to absolutely everything. There is definitely street noise, but with earplugs that shouldn't be an issue. (We didn't use earplugs…we got used to the noise really quickly.) Stephen was always available to handle any issues that we had…and there weren't many! When we reported to him that the Nespresso coffee maker wasn't working, he came by to check it out. When it was not repairable, he replaced it with a brand new one immediately! We can recommend this rental unit without hesitation. It was a pleasure to deal with Stephen and we would rent his apartment again in the future if we found ourselves returning to Galway.

Pat was a great and friendly host! Perfect location close to Galway city center but far enough removed from the crowds. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and drive way for rental car was nice as well. Rooms were spacious and allowed us to spread out. Pat gave excellent tips and recommendations for Galway and the surrounding cities as well, all were great. Will look to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Galway! Thank you again Pat!

Elizabeth & Brian’s place was absolutely wonderful!! Bright and full of light and overlooks a beautiful bay! You can see both tide in and tide out. It’s an incredibly short walk to all shops, restaurants and bars. Clifton is such a fun town and so fun to explore! It is so close to castles, ruins, an abbey and all sorts of lovely site-seeing!! Communication was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!!

The house was very cosy, nicely decorated, and in a great location—just a 20-minute drive from downtown Galway. It was also very kid friendly! Our 3-year-old son had a great time playing with the toys and exploring the house. The place had all the equipment you need, and we really appreciated the little thoughtful touches.

Really great spot - an easy walk to the Latin Quarter, the Westend, and the boarding location for ferries to the Aran Islands. The apartment is beautiful- clean, stylishly decorated, with great views of the water. Getting in involves a bit of a scavenger hunt and a series of codes, but Martin sent excellent instructions that made it easy. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for enjoying all that Galway has to offer! Walkable to all the key places and very peaceful with wonderful views! Great for families, clean, comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Such a beautiful property, very charming and very well kept. We were extremely comfortable. Location was excellent. And AnnMarie was responsive and helpful. Absolutely loved our stay!

If your in Galway, Gillian's is a great place to stay. Quite neighborhood. Parking for two cars. We were all surprised and excited for the snacks she had for us. Very responsive which is nice when your visiting a new country. We had a beautiful stay and when we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Tappy’s cottage was absolutely the home away from home that we needed! Not only is the cottage itself beautiful, but the surroundings add even more. There is a lovely heritage wall just outside the door, and I’m town there are great restaurants (Powers Thatch Pub). Theresa it’s a great host! She left us lovely snacks as well as some basics like milk and a lovely bottle of wine. Also the cottage has a list of recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the area. The house is beyond cozy. Just the sort of thing you would want when traveling to Ireland. We can’t recommend it enough!

A perfect, dreamy location with amazing views and the natural world all around you! A wonderful spot to enjoy nature, to enjoy water and to have friends and family comfortably around. A quintessential lake house in every sense. Would HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous and magical spot.

Lovely apartment in a private complex! It was centrally located in a great part of town but still felt secluded and private. Perfect space for our stay and for our large group! We loved that the bedrooms were spaced out on multiple floors. The hosts were lovely and communicative. Instructions for check-in were super detailed. Overall, a great stay!

Gorgeous 2 bed lodge located alongside owners main house but private. V modern, clean with lovely bathrooms x 2. Comfortable beds & Geraldine left filtered water, homemade brown bread, butter/jam & a bottle of wine for us. Lovely forest with walks right at the front door. A folder with tips and local attractions was also there which was helpful. We visited Cliffs Of Moher & Doolin one day. Ate in Linnane’s another evening, delicious seafood. Morans looked lovely with nice setting. Located 25 mins from Galway city but we spent our time mainly in Clare.

Perfect location for what I needed - Great hosts - Quick to respond to any questions I have and let me check in early. The accomodation was perfect, will definitely be back - hopefully with a bit more sunshine.

The views from the house and the peaceful location were everything that I was hoping for. You definitely need a car to get around, as indicated in the description, but the local shop and pub are within easy walking distance. The house was clean and tidy, and pleasantly warm as well. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with everything you could want. There were 4 adults in my party and we each got a room to ourselves, but you could easily fit twice as many people and the house wouldn't feel crowded. Stunning area with plenty of wonderful hikes and things to see within 15-45 mins away. Loved it!

Lovely place a few minutes walk to a handful of great pubs and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well stocked with extra towels, etc. Great communication from Fiona prior to our stay which included lots of useful suggestions on things to do and places to see in the area.

The hosts are two very pleasant, friendly and accommodating people. They got involved immediately if there was a problem. They were very interested in getting suggestions for improvement from us and implementing them immediately. Tip-top!!

I felt right at home in this beautiful, cosy, picturesque AirB&B with a beautiful garden. The attention to detail was exceptional. On arrival the radio was playing, the heating was on and there were some lovely homemade scones along with a welcome note layed out on the breakfast bar. This created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The garden and small patio create a private and beautiful space to relax and unwind in. Especially at this time of year with the flowers in full bloom and the birds singing. You have everything you could possibly need, Michelle has thought of everything, and the town is within walking distance. Plus the soap in the bathroom is a real luxury and smells so nice. Michelle is a lovely, kind and considerate host, she's easily reachable and truly goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this AirB&B

Amazing stay!! The view from the apartment is incredible!! Walkable to everything near by, Cormac provided us with a pack n play for our daughter which was a big help. The bed was the most comfortable we have had in our 2 week trip!! Can’t beat the location, views place and Cormac was very nice! We are warm people so only thing we could have used was a floor fan but we never asked for one so that was on us. Lovely stay and would absolutely return!

A tiny bit squirrely to find with Galway’s one way streets, but once we found it, the host was waiting to show us in and tell us everything we needed to know. Super comfortable space, easily walkable to local attractions, very nice local people. We enjoyed our stay in Galway.

We loved staying here. So peaceful, quite and had Horses, donkeys, and cattle close by. Very close to Shop's, Pubs, and amenities. Would strongly recomend for a time away.
