Wendy and Julie’s house was perfect for our family gathering, it is close to the beach and the town. The kitchen had everything we needed, the garden space was lovely, all in all it was a great spot. The games and toys were a thoughtful addition; my granddaughter loved the miniature play kitchen, it kept her entertained for hours!

Excellent accommodation for our family of 7 with plenty of space and spare bedrooms with good local amenities and a beach close by. Only setback was the closure of the free public car park close by on the bank holiday which led to searches for space as close to the house as possible. This didn’t change our view of this excellent accommodation

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Nice and quiet and an easy walk to the prom. Mary Rose responded very quickly to any questions we had. A great host all round.

Lovely June weekend at David’s spacious ground floor apartment. Views from main room and garden spectacular over Dundrum Bay and the Mournes. We dined at the Bucks Head and Mourne Seafood Bar and a few pints in the Dundrum Inn all excellent. David sent through a very comprehensive guide to getting the most out of the apartment and area. Plan to return in future.

We booked the Cottage and the Shepherds Hut as a New Year's Getaway, it was perfect for two couples, two dogs and a baby. The hot tubs were exactly what we needed for a December holiday and every room in the property seemed brand new. Conor and Sophie were on hand for any questions we had, and we'd recommend this to anyone for a relaxing getaway.

The lodge was in brand new condition you would have thought it was only just built with its cleanness and with how modern it was the bed was very comfortable and massive size bed the lodge its self is small which at first I thought it might be a little to small however once unpack it was the perfect size you can cook every meal you could think of in the kitchen the bathroom is modern which is perfect as it heats nicely with the towel rack above the radiator given you a nice heated towel the bed room is minimalist but perfect the tv can be angled for the best viewing position the lodge has it own parking space that in view of the front door perfect for someone like me who likes there car I was a little bit worried as to how far we where from the town as I brought my very uneconomical car and had drank an entire fuel tank how ever it was very close to ballymoney so I was overthinking it I Highly Recommend Staying here and will be back if I need to stay up here again. what a wonderful host Teresa was for Myself, Curtis, Katrina and the kids. Big beautiful clean cabin that had everything we needed for a great night's stay. Teresa was more than helpful and brilliant with the kids using the Hot tub. we will absolutely be back for another staycation.

4 of use stayed while attending NW200 Motorcycle races. Pauline was the the perfect host. Very responsive to questions and accommodating to any requests. The property is just as shown, well equiped and great oustside space with private rear garden. The location was perfect for our needs and is great for exploring the wonderful Antrim Coast. Would certainly recommend.

The house was great and it felt very homely. perfect for families with kids. There's a playground in the background, lots of bathrooms and nice scenery in the area. Lots of rooms, space to relax and enjoy the area. We spent the long weekend and were within 30 Min of all the major attractions - causeway, portrush etc. would definitely recommend to any family or big group! Thanks for having us!

An excellent house in a quiet, scenic location. Large, well equipped kitchen for cooking, dining and socialising together. The house had everything we needed and we all slept really well. Would strongly recommend it for a family group(s) and for a quiet getaway to an amazing part of the country.

Amazing house, absolutely huge! Clean, welcoming and a great host to boot. We stayed here as a large family group of 10 people. With 3 lounge areas, 5 Bedrooms (2 with en-suite) and 2 bathrooms, there were still beds to spare! Fantastic location for family gatherings with amazing views out to the sea. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again. Thanks for a great stay. :-)

Mark has put so much hard work and effort in to the house, a beautiful old building brought back to life - we enjoyed the coffee table book with all the progress photos! The house is well finished and makes brilliant use of the space. The location is absolutely gorgeous, spectacular views across the beach and sand dunes whilst also feeling private and secure.

Great location - perfect house for a get together with the girls. The house had everything we needed but could do with updating particularly the bathrooms. Would recommend to anyone coming in a large group to Carlingford. It was a bit disappointing that there was no live music at the weekend .

What can i say. The Boathouse is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Its so peaceful and serene in the most idyllic location overlooking Strangford Lough. Aileen is a pleasure to meet and really pulled out all the stops with the "little extras" we didn't expect. On a good day you can sit and watch the sun rise and on a clear night you can see the beautiful starry sky with no light pollution. Our dog loved running around the extensive grounds and we even enjoyed a game or two of tennis! If its rest and relaxation you are after you wont find a better place than Simmy Island. We had the perfect stay!

A beautiful spacious home with a very large common area for socializing. Could have hosted more than the 7 of us that stayed there. Easy check in and checkout with the lockboxes. Enjoy the beautiful views!
