The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

Our recently converted barn is in the yard of a Grade II listed village farmhouse. Minutes from J10 of the M40, we are conveniently located for RH England, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Oxford. The barn has a big open space with wood burning stove, large TV and open plan kitchen. The main bedroom, shower room and separate WC are in the old stables. The open plan mezzanine has two single beds (to be booked separately) and free-standing bath.

Self contained, detached annex in the lovely, peaceful village of Croughton. Separate bathroom with power shower and kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

This was our second stay at the barn in six months and I genuinely can’t find a single fault with it. It is a peaceful and beautiful location. The barn itself is modern with everything you need. Will be back again next time we are up this way.

Barb was a great host . Very friendly and helpful with lots of local suggestions . We ate at Saffron Indian restaurant as per Barbs suggestion, and it was fantastic. Brackley was a lovely place to visit . We were also visiting the Colready Highland cows, which was also an amazing place to experience .

The surroundings were stunning and the facilities (especially the pool and kitchen) were perfect for a relaxing getaway. Amber was a wonderful host — very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the smooth check-in process. Thank you for such a lovely experience — we’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Fabulous cottage beautiful bedrooms linen outstanding incredible kitchen with everything in it very clean everywhere we used all the facilities BBQ fire pit The cottage garden was lovely lit up with lights fairy lights very pretty good position to see the cotswolds and surrounding areas must see the restoration hardware amazing place with valet parking just down the road We had breakfast at the reading rooms opposite the cottage very good Can't wait to go back Thank you Peter we had a great time
