Amazing location for a quiet get together with friends. Amazing location (assisted heavily by excellent weather) and facilities. The water is calm and clear and great for paddle boarding and kayaking. The home is comfortable and spacious and the facilities are first class. Cant recommend it highly enough and will be booking again. Thank you so much :)

Beautiful house and gardens in a secluded area outside of Bath. The downstairs had a huge living and dining space, and the kitchen was also large and well equipped. Stay here if you love the countryside and peace and quiet. The kids had a great time in the garden and played on the giant trampoline. If you have a larger family and are looking for a great space to unwind and relax, this is it. The local train line goes into Bath & Bristol, which makes day trips really easy. For those not used to narrow country lanes, be mindful that some local roads are single track and have 6'6" width limits.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as pictured—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The living spaces were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to unwind. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made hosting a birthday dinner at home a breeze. And the views? Absolutely stunning—waking up to those each morning was a treat in itself. Our host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. From local recommendations to thoughtful touches around the home, we felt genuinely looked after. It was the perfect setting for a special occasion, and we’ve come away with some truly lovely memories. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. We were looking for a comfortable home big enough for 3 generations to celebrate the Christmas week. With 26 Clearwater, we found it! Lovely location, quiet, with great amenities - enjoyed the heated outdoor pool on Xmas eve! Great walks around the lakes that Max our dog really appreciated. The house is beautifully appointed with a good sized and very well equipped open plan kitchen / dining room / living room on the first floor overlooking the lake. As we "self catered" throughout, this allowed us all to participate in the cooking without feeling left out whilst the other family activities were going on. Talking of which, you will never be short of board games as the house is extremely well equipped with such things. Naomi promised that the house would be decorated for Christmas and indeed it was, with a full sized tree, amongst other garlands and decorations, so Santa was able to get down the lovely log burner and deliver for Christmas! We had the most peaceful and relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage in Trupp. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The cottage itself is full of rustic charm—clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the garden were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. It was the perfect spot for enjoying our morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine in the evening. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature. We enjoyed lovely walks through the nearby canal and visited the café. It’s also a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Great stay, the hosts were great at communicating information, the location was peaceful and tranquil. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from there busy lives to truely unwind. Would love to stay again

Our 2 night stay in Katy’s property was wonderful and we wished we could have stayed longer! It is extremely well equipped with good quality furniture, fittings, linens etc, Katy has thought of everything we could need and more. The property is in a perfect position to easily explore the canal, basin, aqueduct etc. There are also bus stops nearby so we could leave our car behind when visiting Bath. We would highly recommend Katy’s place!
