We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Charming cottage which is perfectly located for a relaxing break or holiday in the Cotswolds. Designed for comfort, the interior has been refurbished to a high standard. We are in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty and are a popular destination for walkers and cyclists who want to explore the many footpaths and bridleways. The cottage is a 2.5 mile drive from Bourton-on-the-Water and a short walk across the fields to the cafe in Notgrove.
