Lovely place. Amazing how spacious it felt - really great use of space. Pristine clean. Fully enclosed garden, perfect for the dog. Great dog walks nearby and some decent pubs too!

The photos don't do justice to the beautiful cottage and the lovely views from both the living room as well as the bedroom. The place offered lots of privacy with well kept garden around the cottage for our use. It comes with all amenities as exactly as described and was a perfect place to be away to unwind and be with the nature. The other big benefit is that it is located centrally to most of the attractions or places of interest within the Cotswolds area. So you can venture to any of those areas and be back to rest and relax at this beautiful place. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Cotswolds area.

A beautiful, cozy chalet, just what we needed for a weekend break. The location was perfect, private, comfortable and very relaxing. Checking in was easy, and communication before, and during our stay, was excellent. Milk, tea, coffee, orange juice, and fruit were supplied, and even home made fruit vodka was available for us to sample. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep being in such peaceful surroundings . We were even offered the opportunity to check out late. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, only wish we could have stayed an extra night. We would love to visit again and would recommend the chalet to anyone looking for a relaxing break. Quiet, secluded, peaceful surroundings, spacious & comfortable accommodations. Can see why the Hen House consistently ranks as a top choice & A-bnb favorite. The Hen House has certainly become our favorite. Nicki & Johnny are fabulous hosts, considerate of guests' comfort & privacy. We were able to enjoy the meadow, long walks along the country roads, some fun table tennis, & quiet reading under the shade trees. A favorite time of day was having breakfast at the patio table just outside the door to the hen house, save a day or two, we had great weather for it. Wifi is excellent. Neil works remotely & never had a dropped conference call. There's plenty of games & DVDs for the rainy days; & the house is equipped with all the tools you'll need to keep it clean/tidy. I only wish I knew how to play the piano. I would have played a few tunes. If you enjoy birding, you'll love the birdsong & the birds that visit the garden, glorious. Truly a wonderful place to stay, enjoy & relax. Gracias!

The studio was the perfect little getaway place for me and my family. We immediately felt at home, the space was very peaceful, spotless, tidy and it had everything we needed to cook full meals and be cozy! Elaine and her family are lovely. They were friendly and welcoming of us and also respected our privacy while we enjoyed our holiday at their property. If you have a car, Bushley is the perfect starting point to explore the Cotswolds and Malvern Hills National Park. We highly recommend Elaine's Studio and if we have the chance we'll definitely be back. 😊 Extra points for the cute dogs and puppy!

Sophia is a great host and the cottage is absolutely perfect. Felt like home in a fairyland. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything is accessible via car. Location is pretty secluded but google maps takes you right to the gate. Inside was very clean, most importantly linen was fresh and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Host also kept full bottle of milk and orange juice! I have not seen such hospitality anywhere else. Cottage is big and exactly as described in listing. Very comfortable to sit around in living room. There were clear instructions on how to use heater if needed. There is also portable heater if desired. Shower is little tricky and sorta weird given the house structure. It is not a standup shower. You have to sit in tub and “bath” using handle. If you are over 5’10” may find it little tough to navigate. Although, there are clear instructions on how to use it and ton of amenities in the bathroom. Shower itself is very good. I would most definitely recommend this place!

We loved our home for the week. It proved to be an ideal base to see the Cotswolds. There were shops a couple of miles away and we weren’t far from supermarkets in Evesham. The kitchen was well fitted, we Wanted for nothing. We will definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to visit the Cotswolds.

exactly as advertised. stunning location with walks basically on your doorstep. peace and quiet guaranteed, even the sheep across the road don't make a sound.

My wife and I stayed here for a portion of an overall longer trip. This was by far our favorite stay. A beautiful place just as described, with easy access to the surrounding community. We will be back if we get the chance.

Giles place is perfect. We had a lovely weekend stay, it was the perfect place for us attending a wedding close by. Giles place is perfect location for exploring Broadway Cotswolds and close by to Evesham. There was four of us three adults and one child and there was more than enough space. Spacious kitchen dining area and bedroom. Much bigger than I expected. Beautiful patio area and private garden space. Giles even bought my daughter a slide to play with in the garden during our stay which she absolutely loved. Can not fault this air BnB and we will definitely be back. Very special tour of the farm by Giles, which my daughter and all of us really enjoyed, so informative and lovely to see the cows up close. Thank you Giles, our stay was perfect from start to finish, you have a wonderful home and farm. Highly recommend. 5 Stars *****

It’s a great location for kids as they have a very nice field right in front of the house. House is kept top notch with very clean bed sheets.

I am a regular guest and stay here whenever I am working in the local area. The accommodation is always spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable. The location is so peaceful and rural with beautiful gardens overlooking meadows. Penny & Simon are very friendly and helpful hosts and always leave some tasty welcome treats for me to enjoy - so thoughtful! I look forward to returning again soon x

What a wonderful time we had on our honeymoon. Sarah was an incredible host and we had such a warm welcome. Once checked in Sarah was available via text but left us to enjoy our time. The house was really clean and beautifully decorated, it has everything we needed and we were able to cook in the lovely kitchen. There was lots to do around the area including national trusts and plenty of dog walks. The garden and hot tub were bliss and we really felt as though we were on a luxury break. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and very comfortable, and the brightness in the front room and kitchen was so beautiful. We would absolutely return and loved meeting Sarah, would highly recommend this air b&b. It was perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay in Bledington and Laura was a very friendly and responsive host. She even welcomed us with some milk which I found very thoughtful. The home was comfortable, quiet and a great location for exploring the Cotswolds. I really enjoyed the shower and having laundry available and the baby items and toys were SO convenient for our 15 month old. The bedding and towels felt high quality, but I must note the pillows were very flat and the bed hard. Overall, still a great stay that I recommend to other small families and couples.

Had a great stay at The Fold recently. The cottage had everything we needed and the location is perfect for exploring the Cotswold. Our daughter loved being on the farm and especially the dogs that came to say hello every morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Piggery for our 'mini-moon'. The accommodation had everything we needed and was a great space. We loved the outdoor area that we had and the stunning views. Miranda was a great host, and even left us fresh homemade bread and prosecco for us to celebrate! Highly recommend and is a real hidden gem on the outskirts of the Cotswolds.

Hi Stan and Judy, it was an absolute pleasure to return to your lovely annexe having stayed there about 6 months ago. It was so comfortable and homely, you made us feel so welcome. It was lovely to be able to share your beautiful garden and discover the history of your house. We had a great stay with Vicky who was attentive but gave space. The breakfast items were good and plenty of choice of beverages. The lodge was a little further into the rural setting than we imagined but that was actually a bonus for us. Very beautiful views. Plenty of info on local bits & bobs.

Absolutely stunning cottage. Picturesque everywhere you turn. I love the fresh produce hut on site perfect for some fresh jam in the mornings. Host was so friendly and welcoming, would highly recommend to everyone, will definitely be staying here again!
