The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.

The Domaine de la Coletta is a 'boutique hotel' that offers you the experience of an authentic Corsica in the middle of the maquis, oaks, olive trees in a site of one hectare natural and exceptional. Located on the highest point of the Castagna peninsula, 30 km south of Ajaccio, the accommodation consists of a completely renovated stone sheepfold called the stazzu, a summer kitchen of 40m2 and access to a private beach.

Ideally located, at the edge of the Coti-Chiavari state forest and 500 m from the beaches, near the Plage d'Argent (ideal for children because the sand is very fine and you can walk very far) of the Mare e Sole beach (3 minutes by car) with its large rock that serves as a diving board for all swimmers and many beaches within a 10-minute drive: Portigglioli, Rupione, Isolella. The F1 was completely redone in 2015.
