At the foot of the house, a footpath leads you into the Coti-Chiavari national forest, in the generous shade of tall eucalyptus trees. You can access hiking and cycling trails.

The large shaded terrace has a large table, barbecue and deckchairs, ideal for admiring the view of the mountains and the starry sky.

The sheepfold is in a private estate of 20 hectares. From the terrace you will have a view of the Bay of Ajaccio. Enjoy the new pool (2023) or the beach with the 2 paddles available to you. It is very pleasant to live in and powered exclusively by solar panels. The water comes from a borehole. Access is only by a 1.5 km long dirt track with a 2 or 4-wheel drive vehicle (4X4 - 4WD) such as a Duster, Panda,... high clearance.
