Bramley is a beautifully crafted Blackdown Shepherds Hut with all modern conveniences whilst keeping its rustic charm. It's luxurious finish boasts a seating area, drop down ready made bed, kitchen complete with oven, hob, sink and fridge and bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in shower. Overlooking open countryside Bramley is fully self contained and sits next to a wood fired hot tub which can be pre lit for an additional cost. There is a small private patio and Please note, there is no TV.

Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
