We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and in a good location. The environment is very quiet, you don't get tired of the magnificent view.

We were hosted very well upon arrival in a very well located, very well furnished and very functional apartment. Quiet residence under the pines and close to the embankment. The description is true to reality. Corinne and Richard are excellent hosts. We recommend their rental, in which we will not hesitate to return if possible.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome from Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in the event of any problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure.

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! Really very well-equipped studio, impeccably clean, comfortable bed and peaceful environment. We had a great time at Christine's, who was a very attentive host. We even tested the electric bikes and took a very nice ride in the immediate surroundings of the apartment.

We spent 3 nights at Daphne's place. We were greeted by Bernard on site. The place was clean and as advertised. Sumptuous views of the entire bay. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment is really exceptional and the view is a dream. Communication was super friendly and Kate and her husband are very nice people! There is therefore a personal handover of the keys. The kitchen is above average well equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather. You should consider this before booking, otherwise you will not be able to use the beautiful terrace due to wind and rain. All in all, we liked it very much 🍀
