Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Beautiful sea view with large terrace and deckchairs. 50 m from the beach, ideal! And very close to shops, perfect! However, no wifi in the residence… what a shame!

Absolutely perfect! Ideal location for visiting the area, exceptional sea view, Virginie was very available for organizing check-in and check-out, very well-equipped house. We'll be happy to come back with family or friends

Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and animals which is our case). 5-minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it.

Very good stay: small, thoughtfully designed, equipped and very well-maintained accommodation. Very comfortable bedding. Close to the beach. Warm welcome. Bathtub, high chair and bed for our baby were provided as a bonus. We recommend it.

Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Lionel's stone house is very warm, very well thought out and has everything you need available. We had a great time and there's a lot to do in La Baule. Lionel is very nice and quickly puts us at ease in his little house. We recommend this cottage without any problem.

We had a pleasant weekend at Philippe's. The location of the house is ideal, everything can be done on foot or by bike. House in a quiet neighborhood Ideal for 8 adults and 2 children. Nice welcome from Gildas. Philippe is easily reachable and very responsive in the event of any problems. Very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

We had a great weekend at the rental. The description and photos match the listing in every way. Absolute calm, excellent kitchen, everything is excellent. The flexible check-in is very much appreciated and we thank Yann who welcomed us. We will definitely be back.

We spent 4 days in Bérénice's accommodation. The apartment is very functional, warm thanks to the decoration and all the small touches left by Bérénice (books, board games, for adults and children, information book, beach equipment...). Magnificent views of La Baule Bay. In short, a great stay at Bérénice's, whose accommodation we highly recommend. Agnes and Jerome
