Apartment rental in the center. Very warm, free WiFi. Surface of 27 m² and balcony of 5 m² Ability to do anything on foot. 2nd floor without elevator, south west facing, not overlooked. Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking at 50 m. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Pleasant, cozy, bright family home & garden

My property is close to the beach, the forest, the train station, the village of Escoublac with its shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for cooking and comfort. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. It is not accessible to PMRs.
