The accommodation is charming, very clean, tidy and located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the center of Gubbio. Chiara was exceptional, leaving accurate directions to access the accommodation and always available for any questions. Highly recommended if you want to visit Gubbio. We will definitely be back! Fantastic location in the last village before you really go into the mountains! And yet, the inhabited world and the supermarket are less than 10 minutes away by car. The house was spacious enough for the two of us, quirky and comfortable. Michele is a great host who is nearby in a pleasant way and communicates quietly. We got fresh eggs and fish stew from him and he gave us some good tips about the area. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but we did use the yoga studio. The villagers - and there aren't many - were also very friendly.

I found Villa Costanzi by chance and I really liked it looking at the pictures. The house is located on the edge of a small town and resembles a rural house. The external and internal walls are made of stone in the style of the houses in the area. The furniture in the bedroom and kitchen are original from the early 1900s, they are in excellent condition and go very well with the modern building materials that were used for the restoration of the house. So I can say that if it were my house, I would like it to be similar to it.

The house is very clean and in a quiet area of beautiful Gubbio. Antonella was very kind to let us have her parking space since there was the party of the little candles and all the residents had to park outside the walls of the historic center. :)
