Monthly Rentals in Costa Verde

Anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days by the sea will love this accommodation! The accommodation is a bit remote, but the journey is worth it! The highlight is the spacious balcony with direct sea views. You only have to walk a few steps, then you are already on the beach. We were there with our dog and enjoyed the time at the Costa Verde very much.

We were guests of Maria Luisa in mid-May, communication with her was good. Everything was as described. We particularly liked the tranquility and being far away from too much hustle and bustle. Especially the sunsets from the balcony.... Mega Annett, Germany

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, everything was available (and many more little things) that made our stay extremely pleasant. We were delighted with the fresh fruit, the drinks in the fridge and the snacks. We didn't expect that and it was a successful start to the vacation. Check-in/check-out was super easy. From the apartment, we had a wonderful view of the sea and we sat on the covered terrace for breakfast and in the evening. The very nice beach is about a 15-minute walk. There is a steep staircase to take a shortcut. You can also park there by car, but with a fee. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you to Anna and Alessandro for the loving hospitality.
