Tan solo hemos pasado una noche pero todo a sido perfecto. Álvaro es una gran persona, atenta y amable. todo estaba muy limpio, ordenado y como se describe en el anuncio. Volvereee!!!

El apartamento es precioso, estuvimos como en casa. Y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena. Seguro que repetimos en un futuro

La ubicación de este alojamiento es fantástica e ideal para visitar Cádiz, en pleno centro y con un parking a dos minutos. También hay varios supermercados muy cercanos. El apartamento está genial, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Algo mejorable el colchón y si existen problemas de movilidad, algo importante a tener en cuenta es la estrecha y empinada escalera de caracol que une las dos plantas. La comunicación y la recepción con Miguel y Maricarmen ha sido perfecta y en general mi pareja y yo hemos estado genial. Recomendable cien por cien.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Encantada con la casa y con Isabel. estuvo en todo momento atenta y en casa no faltaba detalle la ubicación habla por si sola.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Fantástica ubicación, muy cerquita del mar y del centro de Conil. El apartamento es tal y como se describe y está impecable. Javier es super amable y atento, da gusto tratar con él. Repetiremos seguro!

Das App. ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Den Meerblick/Sonnenuntergang haben wir sehr genossen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht und sauber. Die Nähe zum Supermarkt, Strand und den Restaurants ist fantastisch. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da wir zur Vorsaison hier waren. Sieht aber sehr gut aus. Man kann es nur empfehlen.

Increíble la ubicación en la que se encuentra el apartamento!! Super cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el trato con Francisco fue increíble, cada duda o cosa que necesitábamos estaba ahí para resolverlas o ayudarnos. Un diez como anfitrión Ojalá poder siempre coincidir con personas así En nuestro caso íbamos con dos perritas y han estado genial porque tiene un patio trasero. Por cierto con vistas a la playa que es impresionante Lo recomiendo 100%

El apartamento de Rosa es estupendo, muy cómodo y al lado de la playa. No conocimos a Rosa pero estuvo pendiente de nosotras a través del movil

Casa amplia, totalmente equipada, con todos los detalles, muy limpia, bien comunicada y con acceso directo a la playa. Un lugar para volver y unos anfitriones geniales.

Perfecto. La cabaña es perfecta, tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia fantástica. Susana es una gran anfitriona: Antes de mi estancia me resolvió todas las dudas, durante la estancia me ayudó en todo lo que pude necesitar y me dio grandes consejos para esos días en Zahara. Destacar su simpatía y amabilidad en todo momento y su celeridad al contestar. No se puede pedir más.

Wir haben den Monat November hier verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll und auch der Pool wurde fast täglich genutzt, vor allem von den Kindern. Das Wasser im Pool ist natürlich kühl zu der Jahreszeit, aber trotzdem wunderbar. Das obere Zimmer hat leider keine Tür. Ein Backofen hat uns gefehlt, aber ansonsten war wirklich alles da. Klare Empfehlung! Tolle Unterkunft .

Die Wohnung war für zwei Personen perfekt. Alles schön modern und sauber. Die Wohnung war direkt am Meer. Kleiner Supermarkt und schöne Restaurant in der Nähe.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa de Francisca. Es tal cual aparece en las fotos, incluso mejor. Tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan, bonitas vistas, cercanía a la playa. La casa está muy preparada para una estancia muy cómoda. La hemos disfrutado mucho y sin duda volveríamos.

Wij zijn hier verbleven van woensdag tot maandag met twee gezinnen van in totaal 6 personen. De accommodatie was gemakkelijk te vinden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Accommodatie was netjes en schoon. Contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel, stond al op ons te wachten bij aankomst en kregen een uitgebreide uitleg.

Vanessa es super atenta y te ayuda en todo lo que puede, el apartamento tiene unas vistas increíbles como se ven en las fotografías. Limpieza brillante y situación del apartamento excelente. Recomendado!!!

We were given a very warm welcome by Antonio and his wife. They continued to stay in touch with us throughout our stay, which was appreciated. The apartment is exactly as described and was very comfortable. The location was great for sightseeing, Cadiz, Jerez, and many of the 'White Villages'. Perfect as well for a walk along the beach and having a drink at one of the many bars, the beach is a one minute walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.
