The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

A very nice modern studio house in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to beach. Inside is very modern and the shower is one of the best I have ever had. For the size of house there is a large walled garden which was ideal for the dog to run around in. It was a very comfortable stay.

Spectacular home. I thought the photographs in the description were phenomenal. Once we arrived, however, I understood why other reviewers wrote that the photographs don’t do justice to the view. It’s a hike to the beach (two flights of stairs, 123 steps on one and about 20 on the other), but that didn’t stop us from going several times during the few days of our stay. I highly recommend.

Amazing the location in which the apartment is located!! Super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and the deal with Francisco was incredible, every question or thing we needed was there to solve or help. A ten as a host I wish I could always match people like that In our case we were with two dogs and they were great because it has a back patio. By the way with views of the beach that is awesome I recommend it 100%.

We spent the month of November here. The proximity to the beach is great and the pool was used almost daily, especially by the children. The water in the pool is of course cool for the season, but still wonderful. Unfortunately, the upper room has no door. We didn't have an oven, but otherwise everything was really there. Clear recommendation! Great place to stay.

We were very comfortable at Francisca's house. Just as it appears in the photos, even better. It has all the comforts that are needed, nice views, proximity to the beach. The house is very ready for a very comfortable stay. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back.

We stayed here from Wednesday to Monday with two families of a total of 6 people. The accommodation was easy to find and equipped with all comforts. Accommodation was neat and clean. Contact with the owner went smoothly, was already waiting for us upon arrival and received a detailed explanation.

We were given a very warm welcome by Antonio and his wife. They continued to stay in touch with us throughout our stay, which was appreciated. The apartment is exactly as described and was very comfortable. The location was great for sightseeing, Cadiz, Jerez, and many of the 'White Villages'. Perfect as well for a walk along the beach and having a drink at one of the many bars, the beach is a one minute walk from the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.
