A fully equipped apartment 5 minutes' walk from Punta Piedras beach, 10 minutes' walk from La Barrosa beach and Puerto Sancti-Petri beach. Located in the "Pueblo Marinero" development, with 3 swimming pools and spacious gardens. Located next to a nature reserve in Costa Sancti-Petri. With 67 m² and a 10 m² terrace, ideal for a family of 5. Not suitable for two families or 6 adults, it only has one bathroom. In July and August, it is rented for weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
