Chalet vacation rentals in Costa Rica

The garden at this airbnb is breathtaking. Ojochal is a good place for several beautiful beaches, which Sylvai and Roxana recommended. The house was spacious and clean - just fyi that you are in nature so critters will be around. There is also a lovely pool at the airbnb which I used for sunbathing. Would definitely recommend - I had some of my best sleep in weeks here with the sun waking me up. Thank you for the lovely place!

A fantastic cabin in the remote mountains of Rio Savegre. Found my peace in the solitude. The best part was sitting under the 200ft Ceiba tree and just listening to the sounds of the river. Tamara provided some wonderful meals using fresh ingredients grown on their farm. A real culinary treat after eating rice and bean dishes for the last 6 weeks. The pueblo near the cabins is very chill and amiable, unlike some of the coastal surf towns in CR. A much needed change of pace in my long trip. Go here for simplicity, solitude, and adventure.

Great place! Had trouble finding it in the dark but Nancy was quick to respond and waited outside for us to be able to find it! Great host and perfect spot outside of San Jose with a beautiful view of the city.

Huber was a wonderful host. He was super responsive when we had questions. We loved staying here. The deck overlooking the jungle is fabulous and the swings make it so wonderful! It was beautiful sitting out there for morning coffee and meditation, naps and evening star and moon gazing. The Chalet was very clean and the staff came each week to clean, change the sheets/ towels which we really appreciated. There's a path that you can walk to the beach so you don't have to get into your car. The Saturday Farmers Market is great and during the week we were able to get what we needed from the bodega in the center of town. We will definitely be back

Doña Vilma nos trató como si fuera amiga de años. Muy amable y servicial. Tiene una piscina muy linda. Un lugar para ir a descansar en familia. Está en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de comercios. Son Pet friendly El lugar es acogedor, sin lujos, pero se respira un agradable ambiente familiar. Volvería a ir perfectamente.

Finca Tres Equis is a wonderful place. We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed 3 more! Our host Alfonso was attentive, gracious and hospitable. He arranged a private rafting trip down the Pacuare river, which was exceptional. We enjoyed all the hiking and birdwatching opportunities. We felt very comfortable and safe at the chalet.

We were very happy to return to the chalet. Easy beach access along with quiet and privacy. Pura vida 😊☀️

El lugar está súper cerca de la playa, es muy bonito y cómodo. Pamela fue muy amable y estuvo al pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda, es totalmente recomendable si visitas Jacó. Hay muchísimas cosas que hacer y tiendas de todo tipo muy cerca. ¡Una excelente opción para disfrutar tu estancia!

J’ai adoré mon séjour chez Silvia , c’était notre petit coins de paradis pour moi et ma famille.Mes enfants on adorer la cours et la magnifique vue. J’ai adoré rencontrer Silvia elle étais super , toujours serviable, de bon conseils sur les meilleurs spots et autres et súper sympathie et rigolote. Je conseille fortement casa del Rio super propre et confortable. Bien situé et l’hôtesse est incroyable. Merci Silvia

Excelente atención por parte de Roxana, siempre nos ayudó, estuvo atenta, la cabaña es muy bonita y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario, el lugar se encuentra cerca de muchas playas lindas, es un lugar seguro!!! Quedamos muy satisfechos tanto con el servicio de Roxana como con la cabaña!!!

Die Unterkunft war super! Die Beschreibung und Bilder waren sehr zutreffend. Mario ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage wird ständig gepflegt. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, wenn man mehrere Strände in der Umgebung sehen will.

The A frame house is very cute. While it's not on the beach it has an easy path to walk to it. There is a full kitchen and fridge. There is a split A/C unit downstairs and a portable one upstairs. The bathroom is spacious. The fresh cut flowers were beautiful. It is not secluded. The reception area is only a few steps away and the other rental units are behind that. This one is the stand alone house though. The staff running the place are incredibly nice. The wifi was spotless and they had multiple tvs. There are good restaurants walking distance or take a tuk tuk into Puerto Viejo for $8. The beach is gorgeous! Overall, great stay!
