Townhome vacation rentals in Costa Rica

The condominium complex is very nice and family friendly. Jim was very helpful and extremely prompt on any requests and guidance for the area.

We loved the place. It was in a perfect spot and exactly what we needed. Thank you very much for hosting our family.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

Loved my stay at Danny's. Place was exactly as listed. 5 minute walk to the beach and the bed was comfortable. Loved the organic hand and body wash soap that he provided too, as the quality if it could be felt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Completely on accident, i booked the house adjacent to my sister's booking. Same host, same compound, absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and very comfy. I really enjoyed my time in CR!

Loved our stay here! The view of the ocean was amazing. Location felt safe and peaceful. Our kids loved having 2 pools to play in. Host was very responsive to messages and questions! Would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay! Josue was incredibly proactive and helpful throughout, always keeping us informed and making sure everything went smoothly. His recommendations were spot-on! The location was super central—right by all the main spots and great restaurants. The only minor drawback was the steep uphill walk to the villa. It’s doable on foot, but can feel like a lot after a night out—I’d recommend renting a golf cart if you’re not up for the climb. Also, the water pressure in the first-floor bedroom was a bit weak, but aside from that, it was a wonderful place!

I like privacy, if I want to go out I will, but if I want to stay in then I wan privacy. This is what I got at this property. Very quiet area, some wildlife flies/wonders around the property, iguanas, hummingbirds, butterflies, red macaws, etc. The house is roomy, a few details that I have feedback, but not even worth mentioning because they were super minor. Our stay couldn’t be better, very close to the beach, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. My little girls were very sad we had to leave.

The place was a great deal. The neighborhood bars are a bit noisy.

Ana is an amazing host, we loved her and we love her hospitality and her house, we felt very happy, comfortable and very happy to have spent a few days here, my children loved everything, especially the pool, everything is very spacious and very clean, we hope to visit her again. She's an amazing host, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful week in CR! One of our best vacations! The location of the condo unit was perfect - next to the nicest pool. It felt like a small neighbourhood community where everyone’s friendly, sociable and shares information. Outside the porch is a huge nance fruit tree that dropped fruits that look like golden berries but have a weird taste. The complex staff come by regularly to pick them up and eat them, and it also attracted iguanas so we got to see a few big ones up close. They’re cautious around people so they don’t come too close. The sound of all the different bird calls in the early morning was incredible. Sometimes you can hear monkeys in the distance during the night. The highlight of our trip was the sunset catamaran snorkelling booze cruise. We would have gone twice if time permitted. We’ll have to come back since in a week we didn’t get to do everything we wanted to. The owners and their local guy Luis are amazing!

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we would definitely do it again! The location is very accessible and the place is extremely pleasant, and Lourdes is always very kind!

As a host myself, I can tell you that you will not find a more responsive Host then Fernando As he lives next door So with Couple issues I've had He was very quick to respond And do fix the situation. So I am confident that he will be a great host And I recommend the place if you have any business to do around there as it is a quiet spot and there's a swimming pool 50 ft in front of The door. best of luck Fernando keep up the good work

We really enjoyed it. Was a great spot. We drove to La Fortuna every day but it’s not a bad drive. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We do not regret booking it. Check out el salto and el choyin for sure.

I loved the place. It has a very nice view, it is very private and safe. All the instructions were very clear what made the entry very easy. And April was aware of everything. I would definitely go back to the place.

Located in a 'gated community' and you feel very, very safe. The house itself is very modern and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and everything worked very well. Communication with Jeremias was great! Thank you for everything!

We absolutely loved our stay at High Nest. The views were incredible and the house was perfect! Loved the character of the home! Shannon provided us with a bunch of recommendations that we used multiple times a day! Sunbathing on the patio and then hoping in the private pool was the perfect way to spend our afternoons. We were very sad to leave. We highly recommend!!
