This accommodation looked like the photos [clean and neat]. [I always expect that properties wont quite meet the standards of the photographs.] So, it was a pleasure to find a place of a good quality which matched the photographic and text description. It was quiet, everything worked & dealing with Gabriella was a pleasure. The allocated private parking space was a real boon. There was reasonable nearby shopping and restaurants. There was also good walking - directly from the apartment. I would be happy to return to this accommodation in the future. Staying here for several weeks was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We have been in Tenerife for a week. For the adolescents maybe a bit quiet, but car rented and done a lot. Beautiful surroundings and easy to do by car. Lovely swimming pool and morning sun on the terrace. Nice food and groceries nearby. a top vacation!!

We booked an 8-night stay. Our flight was late arriving and getting our hire car took longer than expected but Claire Francoise's daughter-in-law met us on arrival at the apartment, making arrival very simple. Claire Francoise had kindly left us 5 ltr of bottled water and a bottle of red wine, which were both much appreciated. The following morning we realised there wasn't a kettle in the otherwise very well equipped kitchen. A quick message to Claire and within an hour we had a new kettle. The complex is in 2 areas, one in an enclosed area containing apartments and the swimming pool. Across the road are additional apartments. The photos had led us to believe we would be in the enclosed area but Claire's apartment is across the quiet road. For us this wasn't an issue as our apartment had 2 patios and was very quiet. There's an excellent supermarket within 5 minutes walk and some great places to eat. If eating out book several days in advance as they can get busy. We loved our stay!

Everything was great! The place was very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the terrace – perfect for relaxing. Check-in was straightforward, communication friendly and fast. Clear recommendation!

We had an amazing time at Fred’s apartment, hosted by the lovely Katia. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, a super king-size bed, and a modern bathroom. The private rooftop terrace was our favourite spot—perfect for sunbathing, dining, and watching sunsets. The two shared pools were clean and quiet. Located in peaceful Palm Mar, the area has great restaurants, two nearby supermarkets, and is within walking distance to the beach and promenade. The apartment matched the photos exactly and felt like a true home away from home. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We had a relaxing, memorable stay and would love to return. Highly recommended!

Ala was an exceptional host — responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideal for two guests. Located in a quiet, secure area with access to a lovely communal pool, it offered everything we needed for a relaxing break in Costa Adeje. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Ala to anyone visiting the area.

It was a nice stay with Yves. The apartment was also well suited for our 1.5 year old son. With the car you were everywhere in no time and you can discover the island well. All communication went well and we look back very positively on our time in the apartment.

The proposed accommodation is really good! The accommodation is well equipped and well furnished. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. So that's really hard to describe. My wife and I booked 10 days in El Medano in your apartment on June 25. When we got there, construction work was in progress. The house was completely equipped with scaffolding. In good spirits, the construction workers dismantled the balcony and provided plenty of cement. The construction work is expected to take place over a period of three months. After a brief panic, I called Egle. She came immediately and was also visibly excited. Of course, I asked what was going on. She explained to me that she herself was surprised by the construction work a few days earlier. I believe her, I know Tenerife and something like that is possible here. All in all, she took good care of us and tried to make the best of the difficult situation. That's why I can only give you good reviews. The apartment is great if you can live there.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

The only thing i couldn’t find was

Loved this place!! Set up is perfect with pool out the front door and beautiful view of Los Giantes out the back. Easy parking and walkable to the Marina and beach

I stayed in this apartment for a week and was really satisfied. The location is great: a short walk to the sea, in a quiet area but convenient to everything. It was easy to get around by foot and finding parking was never a problem. A short distance away there is also a well-stocked supermarket, very convenient for everyday life. The residence is very clean, quiet and well cared for, as well as the apartment: impeccably clean, fragrant and equipped with every comfort. There was really everything you need, and even more – from the super-equipped kitchen to cleaning accessories, laundry, iron and iron, etc. A great point in favor was the availability of the host, super kind. He also made us find a very useful book with recommended itineraries, places to visit, beaches and restaurants in the area: a really appreciated gesture, and not obvious. Tip!

Apartamento espectacular!

Beautiful apartment and pool that was even better than on pictures. We stayed with four adults and a baby and had enough space. The garden and pool are wonderful. We will come back.

The house is super nice, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need to spend some fabulous days without any need, we feel at home and we will surely repeat. Isabelle is very friendly and nice, with the help of Fleur they form a great team and were always attentive to our inquiries. The area is very quiet and around there are several restaurants, bars and mini markets.

This beautiful apartment really is a hidden gem. We especially enjoyed the phenomenal view from the terrace - whether at breakfast, by the pool or at dinner. It was fantastic. The apartment is very clean and also beautifully furnished and designed. Pascale and Koen offered an earlier check-in, always proactively provided us with new towels and were very friendly and helpful. They made our week in their apartment even more enjoyable. It was such a lovely vacation and we hope to return sometime.
