Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Costa del Silencio

Fab location, close to lots of restaurants and the promenade yet peaceful and quiet at night. Local supermarket in easy reach and market opposite twice weekly. Nice outlook, and looked exactly as photos show, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Maria is just an absolute angel! I had not expected such a warm and light-hearted welcome, communication during my stay and goodbye afterwards at first hand, as I had just assumed to self check-in and check-out beforehand when booking. Besides all the amicable, for a solo stay the accomodation was super comfortable, spotless and felt like a second home to me! It being a private gated/locked terrain with security cameras (pointed away from the space you're staying and none inside of the room) gave a great sense of safety as well. Walking in was instantly being welcomed with some fruit and water present, access to all modern and new amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV (including guest Netflix acces!), kitchen area, home gym, rainfall shower head, etcetera! All in all, the place was more luxurious and spacious than I'd expected. I would stay there again without any doubt and choose it over any overpriced ran down hotel in a heartbeat. Our stay at Olesya's place was great. Her husband met us and gave us very clear instructions. Olesya kindly allowed us to check in early. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is some noise from a nearby restaurant/bar in the daytime and evening but had no noise disturbing us at night. We were happy to have a decent grocery store very close by and a larger one 15 minute walk away. This area is well serviced by public buses which we used frequently. The kitchen was well equiped and the apartment was well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, a few food items, a beach umbrella, etc. The pool is not heated so it was very cold when we were there. The beach was close by and we really enjoyed the area with lots of lovely walks. We had a great view of La Gomera from the balcony and enjoyed some nice sunsets. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and just like in the photos. Olga was a lovely host — very kind and helpful. It was especially thoughtful of her to offer a baby cot and high chair for our little one, which made things so much easier for us. There were also plenty of towels, soap, and all the basics already there, which was super convenient. The big swimming pool was a huge plus during the day when the sun was out — we used it a lot! The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, with some nice restaurants close by, and a big Hiperdino supermarket about 3 km away that had everything we needed. Having a parking spot right on the property was also really helpful. Overall, a great place to stay — would definitely recommend!

Luca couldn't have been more helpful; before we arrived, we mentioned that the pictured outside furniture looked uncomfortable and asked if there were any cushions to remedy this. Luca responded by replacing the wooden furniture with a new set of table and chairs which were really comfortable and allowed us to enjoy the balcony. The apartment provides easy walking access to all the local excellent restaurants. We stayed 10 nights and all restaurants we tried deserved a re-visit, but there were so many to choose from we ended up visiting a different place every night...we were not once disappointed. We had a trouble-free holiday and would highly recommend Luca's apartment...What you see is what you get!

We loved staying at Daniela’s place! It was so easy to find from the airport and she was so accommodating to our last minute flight delays! She also gave us great recommendations on where to visit during our stay!

The owner was super nice and showed us his artist workshop. The garden is great. From the terrace you can see the sun setting behind La Palma. The apartment was clean and newly furnished. I'd love to come back!

We had a most enjoyable stay at Simona apartment: very well equipped for a short or longer stay, spacious, centrally located. The air conditioning in the bedroom cools down the whole apartment. From the large comfortable terrace we enjoyed the mountains view. The apartment floor tiling and the terrace tiling is flat so walking from the inside to the outside is smooth. The large shower is entirely closed. Great large and very well maintained swimming pool. It takes 5 minutes to reach the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Simona is a friendly and super host: she has always been there for any query we had including before arrival. Though we never met the host, she was very quick to respond and keen on solving potential problems. Flexible check-in and check-out: Thank you Simona!

Perfect location, both for walking in Los Cristianos and Las America. Supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. I mainly moved on foot, and I used the bus to and from the airport. Everything is perfect. Terrace that can be used at any time of the day, apartment equipped with all comforts. I felt at home.

Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

first of all the host is very friendly, which is very important for us considering other experiences. the apartment was very clean and the host took care of details as home perfumes, extra bed linen, everything you need as your home. the terrace it s also nice relaxing. the neighbourhood is like a fairy tale and super quiet. nice beach restaurant&bar just 5 minutes walking from the location. and 2 minutes away, supermarket. we had a very nice stay, happy that we chose Marina’s apartment. thank you

Super place to stay with very special views from the private balcony. Beds a bit hard but everything else was perfect. Will book again!

Good communication with Tomás at all times. The house is perfect for spending a few days with friends The only thing to note is that it is necessary to have a car to get there, but getting around in taxis can be costly. I would repeat and recommend staying

Beautiful villa with everything you might need when on holidays. We had a great time and loved the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Host is very responsive and helpful. Every request was immediately addressed. Thanks for a super lovely stay!

Excellent, very large and very clean house. Eva Maria was very attentive throughout the stay and very accommodating, I recommend it without a second thought, you will have a beautiful view of the volcano in addition

We’ve just returned from this villa, we’re a group of 7 friends but only 6 stayed in the villa. We found it very spacious and clean throughout and the balcony areas are perfect for the different wants (some played cards on the table and others had a drink at a separate couch area, also the sun beds on the balcony were good for the sunbathing for those of us who didn’t want to go to the pool area. Everything we needed was in there and the supermarket is on the doorstep for anything we needed/wanted. The local town with bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk and cheap taxis to further afield. The bar/restaurant round the pool area was also excellent and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We asked if there was a possibility of a later check out due to an evening flight and this wasn’t a problem, put it back to 4pm. Very good experience and would consider booking again if we return to Tenerife.

Amazing villa Place was very very clean it has everything you need. Swimming pool was lovely and warm. Great for pictures if you post on social media etc. love the kitchen area as a chef. I love the privacy the bbq grill outside and toilet outside so you don’t have to keep going back inside the home Amazing host I bothered him so much just asking so much questions and but he replied instantly Location Taxi Is like 60€ to Siam park 75€ to the city where all the action is. 15€ to the local beach which is quite private but really really hot and nice restaurant soon as you walk in. But the local petrol station & supermarket the people are lovelyyyy. An I meet a local woman taxi who was our personal driver for few days and she was lovely. Just two things don’t really get sun for to long at this location and need more heaters as it gets bit chilly Thank you xxx

Exceptionally good location with luxurious facilities. The landlord was also exceptionally nice and problems were sorted out. Had a great holiday.
