It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Welcome to our cozy seafront home in Oasis del Sur, Tenerife! Overlooking the tranquil waters of Golf del Sur, our attached town-house offers a peaceful escape for families, couples or friends seeking serenity. Relax and unwind in our well-decorated and functional space, complete with two double bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a sun-drenched terrace perfect for soaking up the sun. Take a dip in the seawater heated pool or catch up on your favorite shows with the Smart TV and high-speed WiFi.

The airport of the south is to 12km and the sea to 10 mn on foot. The entrance is via the balcony up a spiral staircase. The kitchen is very basic but well equipped and overlooks the balcony with a view to the silence. It has a room without door with window, two beds, Smart TV and a closet. The bathroom has a bidet and a shower

Charming newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It has all the basic utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area, where you will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxi... By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.

Enjoy this one-bedroom apartment in a small residential complex of just 6 homes, located in a very central area of Costa del Silencio, with all amenities nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, and just 50 meters from the sea. The apartment does not have a pool but there is an apartment complex right next to it, where you can go to the pool by paying a Day Pass of 10 eur per person and discounts on drinks meals or at the Pool Bar.
