Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom flat a few steps from the sand of the central beach of Costa da Caparica. This place is good for couples, solo adventures ( surfers) business travelers and families with kids. Tastefully decorated throughout and modern fitted kitchen with all appliances and spacious living area. The flat is on a high-ground floor with is own private access and comes with towels, cookware, iron, hair-dryer, WiFi and cable TV.

Apartamento com vista-mar. Prédio com a praia ao atravessar a rua (20 metros de distância), 2 elevadores e porteira. O apartamento, completamente mobilado, dispõe de um quarto e uma sala com sofá-cama de casal chaise longue, e varanda. Tem louças, máquina de café Dolce Gusto, máquina de lavar roupa, fogão e forno, micro-ondas, frigorífico, televisão flat e WIFI, por fibra óptica, em todo o apartamento.

Beach Cabana Costa da Caparica

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This Cabana is located on the beach at Praia da Saude, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. On the beach, the cabana is made to enjoy a unique moment. Sun. Surfing. Serenity. Caution: you need to bring your drinking water.

A great place to relax, have fun and sunbathe.

Around 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, you will find a sunny apartment with excellent views of the Arrabida cliffs. It´s located on the main avenue of the city, surrounded by restaurants with typical Portuguese food and also international, grocery stores, supermarket, banks and others facilities however inside the apartment the guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

This Cabin is a Dream come true! It has been refurbished some years ago, but I'm always on top of things and it has all the commodities. Cabana Zojora, originally a fisherman's cabana, located on the dunes of Costa da Caparica and facing the Atlantic Ocean for the past 70 years. The cabana has just been painstakingly restored plank by plank all the whilst maintaining its heritage feel and vibe.
