Total of 640m2. Nearby is the Golf da Aroeira. In Fonte da Telha there are good restaurants, bars, nautical and diving activities and fishing for Xávega art. Costa da Caparica is 10m away and Lisbon is 20m away.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.

It's located 20 minutes from the airport and 6 minutes from the most beautiful beaches at the south part of Lisbon (Costa da Caparica).
