We had a wonderful stay at Carlina’s place. Everything was as described in previous reviews, the beautiful view, the great quiet beaches in front of the house, and the excellent location close to world class beaches. The house is very well set up for a holiday with everything you need and feels like a lived space rather than a holiday rental. Antonio (Carlina’s local friend) was very helpful and responsive.

I booked a long stay for two weeks at this apartment & it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it had everything I needed. Daniela the cleaner was there when I arrived & super helpful. She is a gem. Highly recommend 5 * Pros: - Absolutely stunning balcony view. I was part working remote / part vacation, & it was perfect. There’s even a cushioned bench to curl up with a book & enjoy the view - Unit had everything you could need - spotlessly clean - plug sockets fit the old 2-prong & new 3-prong plugs, no need for an adaptor! Score! - plenty of closet storage space + suitcases fit under the bed - private parking lot - no need fussing w/ street parking or meters -quiet & safe - smart tvs in bed & living room connectable to Netflix etc - the lock-box with the key to enter the unit is on the front door - firm mattress - shops / restaurants walking reach Cons: - only 1 - the pillows were a bit stiff for me Minor thing. - Also need a wine bottle opener for the unit Grazie 1k!

Cristina’s place is a very nice place. We stayed there for a few days before we went sailing for the week. The place is beautiful and peaceful. It was just what we needed. Maria met us and showed us around when we arrived. She was very informative. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We thank you, Cristina for allowing us to stay in your place. We would definitely go back.

Simone is a very friendly and thoughtful host. He welcomed us warmly, was always available and gave us good tips. Since we drink filter coffee, we had brought our own coffee (that filter coffee is unusual in Italy, we had unfortunately forgotten when packing our suitcase). Simone even got a filter coffee machine and coffee filter on the first day... we were really touched! The house is located on the coast of Costa Corallina in a quiet and very well-maintained area. The water and the bays in the immediate vicinity of the house are fantastically beautiful. A short walk behind the house leads to a small marina with a bistro that offers modest but good cuisine in a few minutes. If you follow the path directly on the water, you can reach the beautiful Porto San Paolo in about 15 minutes. We enjoyed our vacation in this house and on the island and will be happy to recommend this property.

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

The view and home photos are accurate. It is decorated so cute and has an incredible view. The porch is a magical place to sit. If those are your two priorities you will be very pleased with this rental. The owners are helpful and respond to any messages quickly. There are some things to consider to make sure this rental is for you. First it is up a narrow road that climbs a bit and parking the car you must be confident to get it turned around on a tight road to enter the parking spot. Eleonara is wonderful and met us there our first time to show us where to park and explain everything. The kitchen does not have a microwave or dishwasher. We made a lot of food on the gas stove and hand washed dishes. There is a convection oven on the counter but it was faster to use a frying pan for us. As can be customary in Italy there is a washer but no clothes dryer so be prepared to dry your clothes outside on the line or bring enough clothes for your stay. All in all a wonderful week!
