Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Appartement. Da wir nur zwei Tage da waren, konnten wir es nicht voll auskosten. Ansonsten war alles bestens und super entspannt. Würden die Wohnung bzw. Anlage empfehlen.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions hors saison (avril) et donc c'était paisible et calme. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et conforme aux photos. Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture. On est proche d'Olbia et de beaucoup de très belles plages (en voiture) A cette époque de l'année, la circulation est ultra fluide. Fabio est un super hôte, très réactif et plein de bons conseils ! Il a su parfaitement gérer et solutionner notre petit souci de gaz le 1er jour ;-) Le check-in (merci Erika) et le check-out se sont tres bien faits.

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Un havre de paix à proximité immédiate de San Teodoro, le logement bien équipé se situe dans un écrin de verdure magnifiquement décoré par Barbara. La douche extérieur au milieu des figuiers, avec vue sur la baie est un pur bonheur. Petit potager avec herbes aromatiques, salades, oignons, et de délicieux citrons 🍋 Barbara est une hôte attentive, prévenante, discrète, de très bon conseil, elle nous a aidé pour toutes nos réservations, et elle est un vrai soleil, un concentré de gentillesse et d’humour. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

El alojamiento está muy bien. Tiene todos los servicios que se describen y el anfitrión responde siempre muy rápido y de manera efectiva. Lo recomiendo.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Azuro. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war super. Esse alles da, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Urlaub werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I booked a long stay for two weeks at this apartment & it was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it had everything I needed. Daniela the cleaner was there when I arrived & super helpful. She is a gem. Highly recommend 5 * Pros: - Absolutely stunning balcony view. I was part working remote / part vacation, & it was perfect. There’s even a cushioned bench to curl up with a book & enjoy the view - Unit had everything you could need - spotlessly clean - plug sockets fit the old 2-prong & new 3-prong plugs, no need for an adaptor! Score! - plenty of closet storage space + suitcases fit under the bed - private parking lot - no need fussing w/ street parking or meters -quiet & safe - smart tvs in bed & living room connectable to Netflix etc - the lock-box with the key to enter the unit is on the front door - firm mattress - shops / restaurants walking reach Cons: - only 1 - the pillows were a bit stiff for me Minor thing. - Also need a wine bottle opener for the unit Grazie 1k!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement proposé par Maurizio. Le quartier est agréable et paisible avec sa placette et la terrasse du café, la plage accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Maurizio s'est montré très accueillant, serviable, précis, réactif et professionnel. Le guide mis à disposition par son Agence est très utile et complet pour passer un séjour agréable. Je reviendrai très probablement pour un séjour touristique cette fois et en famille. L'emplacement est très stratégique pour profiter pleinement des multiples plages magnifiques à proximité. Je recommande vivement !

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s Appartment. There was more than enough room for our family (two adults and a toddler) and it was great to have the little garden and shaded terrace. It was very clean and well equipped and we felt well looked after by both Alessandro and the lady who let us in and showed us around. The area is quieter than the main town areas, which was good for us and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to x3 different (beautiful) beaches, great restaurants, park and the supermarket. Unfortunately the bakery close by was closed during our visit, which would have been handy as it was a bit of a walk when hot to stock up on essentials. We would recommend and happily stay again!

Sehr großzügige und schön geschnittene Wohnung. Die Unterkunft ist hell, modern und man genießt eine wundervolle Aussicht. Angela war nicht nur sehr freundlich, sie hat uns auch sehr schnell geantwortet und sich sofort um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie in der Beschreibung – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, direkt am Meer aber trotzdem zentral, mit tollen Cafés und kleinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!! ✨

It was an amazing stay, Carmen was very proactive in the comunication, giving a lot of tips and local recomendations. The house is very comfortable and cozy, accomodating very well 4 people. The location is near to all the best places. Definitely would return. Thanks Carmen!

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne dans cette résidence idéalement située a une quarantaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport d'Olbia Placée a proximité d'un supermarché et a quelques kilomètres de magnifiques plages, nous avons été accueilli tardivement le premier soir retenu par un retard d'avion. Malgré cela nos hôtes nous ont bien accueilli . Appartement très propre ,machine a laver, résidence calme avec possibilité de faire des barbecues. Le seul point a améliorer concernerait la piscine , non chauffée et aux températures un peu juste en ce début Mai. Excellent rapport qualité prix et accueil remarquable. A conseiller vivement

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!
